Dr. Sid Tucker graduated at the top of his class fromSUNY Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. During his pre-doctoral studies, he was awarded the Northeastern Society of Periodontists Award for Excellence in Undergraduate Periodontics,The International Congress of Oral ImplantologistsPre-Doctoral Achievement Award, and both the Tucker and Barrett Scholarship for academic excellence.
Dr. Sid Tucker attendedColumbia University School of Dental and Oral Surgeryfor his post-doctoral periodontal training, where he earned a certification in Periodontology and a Masters of Science Degree for his research on systemic complications due to periodontal disease. During his fellowship at Columbia University, he was involved in the placement of implants for patients with very complex dental implant cases and was also a Clinical Instructor in Columbia Universitys Dental Implant Program.
Dr. Tucker has published numerous articles on atherosclerosis and diabetes and how they are affected by periodontal disease. He has also presented this research at various meetings, including at the prestigiousInternational Association of Dental Researchseminar in Goetenberg, Sweden.
After earning his Bachelors Degree in anatomical sciences from McGill University in Montreal, Dr. Csillag earned his D.D.S. from the same institution and then moved on to Columbia University, where he obtained his Masters degree in Periodontology.
In addition to private practices in periodontology in both New York and New Jersey, Dr. Csillag has served as an Associate Professor at Touro College of Dental Medicine and as an Assistant Clinical Instructor at Columbia University. Passionate about education, his continuing education courses include an emphasis on saving hopeless teeth, alveolar preservation and hard and soft tissue regeneration in infants.
In 2010, Dr. Marcello Guglielmi graduated from the University of Rochester with his Doctorate in Dental Surgery (DDS). He completed his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Case Western Reserve University in 2014. During his fellowship at the University of Tennessee, Dr. Guglielmi received advanced training and education in head/neck oncology surgery. In addition to having performed over 200 head and neck oncology surgeries, Dr. Guglielmi specializes in head/neck oncology surgery and also provides services such as dental implants, wisdom teeth removal, facial cosmetics, and facial injuries. He is also Board Certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr. Guglielmis skills and expertise ensure the highest quality care with minimal surgical intervention and optimal patient comfort with sedation.

Fantastic experience. I had a back molar extraction yesterday in preparation for an implant. My roots are extremely long, so difficult, but Dr. Tucker did a great job. No pain during the procedure. More than a day later still no real pain at all. I don't know how he did it. Looking forward to the implant! Crazy skills Doc! Thank you!!

Amazing experience. I came with recommendations for what I personally considered suboptimal treament plans that would have required more surgery and time ans less But not only did this practice find a more reasonable pan, it appears to be an exponentially better plan! Great offices, easy location with lots of parking. The most friendly staff and the best clinicians.

Wonderful, friendly staff and Doc. Took the time to fully explain everything, answer my questions, and check on my well being throughout the procedure. The staff was wonderful at explaining post operative care, making sure I was ok afterwords, and ensuring I can call if I have any problems or questions. I would definitely highly recommend this practice!

Dr. Raphael Csillag is an angel. His mother could not have chosen a more propitious name. In Jewish theology the Angel of Healing is "Raphael," which means "God's healer." Dr. Raphael was so gentle that it almost pays to get a tooth pulled just experience how gentle he is. With incredible attention to detail, and clearly explaining everything about the procedure, I thought I died and went to Heaven. I would recommend heads of state flying in from Europe for a periodontist like this guy!

I went here to get my wisdom teeth removed and this is the best office I've ever been to. Kristi and Nay at the front desk or so funny and super helpful. They're always looking out for what is best for you. Dr.Marchello is really nice and does very great work-- I recommend him. Assistants Tina and Jo-Jo are awesome as well and always there to help. I recommend this office to anyone; They're definitely lifesavers!

Very clean, very bright. Music in waiting room was actually great, not your typical snooze fest. Everyone was really nice and very helpful. Dr. Tucker was very easy going and down to earth, made for a fantastic experience one could want sitting in a dentist chair! Great job folks!!

Dr. Tucker and staff are the best of the best. Excellent skill and craftmanship by Dr. Tucker. I had a tooth extraction in March, as well as a dental implant recently, and both went well, done quickly, keeps you updated on progress as you go, with virtually no pain afterward. A trusted professional I'd highly recommend.
