I had an impacted wisdom tooth pulled on 10/19/22. The staff was wonderful and the dr did it quick and painless. Thank you so much!

The two front desk workers provided horrible customer service to my grandma on Tuesday, February 22 at 8:45AM. My grandma had an issue with a missing referral, but the two ladies approached the situation with an odious attitude and they did not want to help. Nor did they provide any real solutions and even raised her voice at my grandma and mother who was there accompanying her. I would recommend that Dr. Payami find more professional and patient front desk workers to represent her office. These two ladies should not be working in a customer facing office if they do not know how to treat people with decency and respect. Thankfully Joselina, a nurse on staff that day noticed my grandmas frustrations and explained the situation, providing real solutions calmly and patiently in Spanish, my grandmas dominant language. She is the kind of staff all doctors office should hope to have!

Went in for a checkup today for my surgery a month ago. The front desk was quick and efficient in getting me checked in and the medical staff easily explained the progress I have made since my surgery. I recommend this office to anyone looking for a competent, approachable, and helpful staff.

Horrible experience. I had an emergency extraction that needed to be done. My dentist spoke to them and they said for me to get there as fast as possible. So I drove the 35 miles in excruciating pain just to sit in the office for an hour & 1/2. I then asked when I might be getting seen being I'm in terrible pain & paying a sitter to stay with my children. She then said maybe another 2-3 hours. With no sympathy or even pretending to see if there was anything she could do for me. Outrageous. Luckily the office of Simpson Oral Surgery herd the desperation in my voice and took me as soon as I returned to town. Although they were ALSO fully booked. But had compassion and a duty to help someone in that much pain. This office does not deserve your business.

I had gotten all my four wisdom teeth out by Dr. Payami. I have to tell you that I had very little swelling and discomfort during and after the procedure. The incision healed very quickly and it does not even feel like I've gotten my teeth pulled out. The staff was very supportive and very welcoming. When I started worrying, the assistants were comforting me and took care of me. Dr. Payami was amazing! Definitely recommend!

I've had to visit for a few extractions and finally an implant. Dr. Song is patient, considerate, and gentle. He explains everything from what is recommended to what he is going to do step by step. The staff is also gentle, patient and knowledgeable. And I really appreciate that the doctor calls to check up on me. Don't hesitate to have your oral surgeries here.

I had couple of procedures done by Dr Payami and he has been extremely professional and welcoming. Most importantly his work was flawless as i did not have any pain and discomfort after the implant insertion. I would recommend him for any of the oral surgery needs and i will definitely go back.

My experience with this facility was not favorable. The staff seemed cold. This doctor nor his staff took the time to explain the procedure when our child went in for an emergency extraction. She was uneasy with the notion of just seeing a dentist, let alone when Her parent was told to wait outside as they shoved papers in our face demanding to pay a copayment that wasn't explained properly. They seem to be very money hungry. I walked out of the office feeling "Taken". I contacted my insurance provider and they backed up my suspicions that a copayment wasn't necessary. Never will I utilize this doctor or facility again. They are extremely unprofessional and appear to be very money hungry. Felt awkward as if a scam was done. This office does not deserve ANY stars.

This office does not even deserve one star!!!!I had an 830am appointment in an empty waiting room for my son after letting the office know my son was had a little dental anxiety everything went downhill before they even started they were trying to push him off on another dentist saying that that one would make him more comfortable with his anxiety my Shawn just want you to know the difference In The difference in sedatives and before I knew it we were no longer in the office being told somebody would be able to make them more comfortable I called back to reschedule and they tried sending me to Westchester medical what are terrible shame how they send patients off to someone else!!!! HOW TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL !! DO NOT GO HERE I WOULDNT RECOMMEND ANYONE HERE EVER SAVE YOUR TIME AND TROUBLE THERE ARE MUCH NICER PROFESSIONALS AROUND !!!!!!!!

The doctor is okay, but the front desk, is the worst.It took 2 people up front to lose my X-rays, scream in my face and threaten me when I complained about the 1 1/2 hours I waited in an empty office. I still can't believe that telling a receptionist I have been waiting too long warrants the kind of response I received. They clearly have no people skills, no knowledge of interpersonal interaction, no idea how to handle a situation and no idea how to treat people. Stay away!

Dr. Payami was very nice and accessible, so too were his staff and assistants. I had to wait for about half a hour though. No complaints otherwise.

Dr. Payami removed a cyste fom my inner lower lip. He was very professional as expected and any surgeon should be, so no extra point here. BUT what separated him from the pack was how quick and thorough he was. I've had absolutyl no post surgery complications and to top it off he put in 'hidden' sutures - yeah! - I don't feel anything with my tongue or on my gums.
