Dr. Payami and staff were accommodating, informative, and friendly. I needed an emergency extraction of a wisdom tooth and Dr. Payami saw me promptly and provided excellent service. I've never had a tooth removed before and Dr. Payami made me extremely comfortable and performed a truly painless extraction. After my procedure, I had minimal swelling and was able to return to work the next day. I would recommend Hudson Valley Oral Surgery for anybody who needs effective, seamless and quality care! Thank you Dr. Payami and Jocelyn!

I do not recommend this place! It is a business friendly only, not pt friendly! They will drain your insurance coverage quick!!!

I had oral surgery yesterday the staff are super friendly and comforting, I was so nervous. I had a great experience and the doctor even called last night to follow up and see how I was doing! I recommend this place to anyone needing oral surgery and I am not even in much pain today and I had 3 extractions

I had three teeth extracted. There was no preparation, no calls from the office to prepare me. I had to call their office to find out what I needed to do for anesthesia. When it was done they sent me on my way with some ibuprofen. There was no follow up call to see how I was doing. I was in terrible pain for a week and called their office twice and they refused to prescribe anything for the pain other than ibuprofen which doesn't even begin to touch the pain of having three teeth pulled. Then the receptionist tried to convince me that I had dry socket and had to come in for more procedures, when I know I don't! Needless to say I do not recommend this place.

I never leave reviews but I needed to after this experience. I visited last week to get my wisdom teeth out. Considering this was my first time under any type of anesthesia I was filled with anxiety. I got there and it was a very long wait. When the assistant came to call me she informed me it was for x rays. This was the only time I was informed of what was going on. She seemed in a bad mood and very rude. Any question I asked was responded with a short abrupt answer. She brought me back to the waiting room. Called me back again and told me to sit in a room and wait. I started crying from the anxiety because I felt very uncomfortable so far. 15 or 20 minutes of me sitting in a room by myself and the doctor finally comes in and the assistants mood has completely changed to cheery around the doctor. He gives me a form to sign and barely gives me a chance to read it before urging me to sign twice. Before I know it he was sticking a needle in my hand and failed to inform me of what he was injecting me with or even the fact I was going under and they were going to start the surgery. I understand they were trying to chat with me to calm me down before but not being informed of what was being done to me by complete strangers made the experience so much scarier. I woke up sobbing. The only thing that made the experience better was the different assistant that was there when I woke up and helped me. She was extremely kind and comforting. Overall it was a very scary experience for my first time under anesthesia. I expected more. Only made my anxiety about anesthesia so much worse.

Five years ago I posted a bad experience which I reported them to the medical board. The receptionist was rude and no clue what she was doing. Imagine calling me an old lady and making faces. But there is more to tell what they did at the Westage office. Today I called the Yorktown office for my husband and the refuse to see him. They stated my account was closed . The receptionists at the Yorktown office was apologetic she couldn't help me. Please stay away from the Dutchess office. Imagine saying your social security number out loud in the waiting room. Yes , she is an idiot!!!

My son went to get four wisdom teeth removed. He was a little nervous but the assistant made him feel at ease. Surgery went well and Dr. Payami called that night to check on my son. I highly recommend Dr. Payami.

Dr Winston is amazing. Barely felt a thing he removed all four wisdom teeth. And even called later in the day to check on me. I'm terrified of dentist offices but loved the entire office. All super friendly

I've had several extractions & different oral surgeries done here & I always recommend this office over anywhere else HANDS DOWN! Each time I was taken care of in a timely manner, was always made to feel very comfortable (esp because I'm scared of dentists & tooth/mouth pain) they had me calm, but laughing, the next thing I knew I was done & they were walking me to the side room to rest & wait for my friend who drove me! Extremely curious, respectful, clean, good spirited, & they care! I had gotten 2 follow up calls within 24 hrs!

I needed an emergency extraction done and this place was great! The staff was friendly and professional, the facility was clean and modern. Dr. Wiston was AMAZING! He had me close my eyes, and within minutes my tooth was out and I hadn't felt a thing. He and his staff communicated everything to me before and after the procedure. I knew what was happening at all times and what to expect when I got home. This office is the perfect example of professional excellence. Keep up the great work.

Dr was horrible. Starting pulling my tooth out before it was numb. Had the assistant hold my chin down with her resting her hand/arm on my throat some. It made it hard to breath and when I said to stop dr would not stop and neither would the assistant they just kept telling me to stop instead and was getting mad and getting louder with the word stop and to keep being quit then shut the door so no one would here me when I told them to stop because I could still feel and was not numb yet.

I had to get three extractions done. I was a little nervous at first, but quickly got over it. I got sedated for the extractions and it was over pretty quickly. After the procedure I had little to no pain at all. Everyone in the office was very nice and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Payami was excellent. Told me exactly what he was going to do. I highly recommend this office.

I went in to have an extraction performed, I was happy that they were able to accommodate me a day after I called to make an appointment. I was in an awful lot of pain. I thought the price was extremely expensive, $900 for the x-rays, extraction and to be knocked out during the procedure. I was given the prices upfront and agreed because I desperately needed this done. I have no complaints whatsoever about the work performed or the staff. I would have given five stars except for one thing. ... While I was unconscious someone had the nerve to go into my coat, go through my wallet and charge the bill to my debit card!! I agreed beforehand to pay by credit card, but I never said anything about going into my wallet!!! Super sketchy and grimy business practice, I can't warn enough people to stay away from them because of this.

It was my first time going to an oral surgeon and Dr. Winston and his staff were professional and kind. All of my questions were answered. They made me feel comfortable and eased my nerves. The ladies who assisted him were able to answer all of my questions and made me feel welcome. At the end of my visit, hours later I received a personal call from him to check in and see how I was holding up. Now this is what I call a quality doctor. 10/10 would recommend.

Dr Winston is the most wonderful doctor. He's treated every situation successfully and I wouldn't go to anyone else.
