had two molar teeth removed today. I was a little scared because I've never had any kind of surgery as an adult. The entire staff was so kind and gentle. The desk staff always was pleasant and happy even from my first consultation. The nurses were so sweet to me also. They reassured me through the process and listened to me when I had questions. As well, my oral surgeon Dr. Gugala was so patient and had the most gentle bedside manner. He was professional, but also kind. My entire experience was reassuring, fast, and well. The facility is new and clean. New equipment and decor. It made the entire experience really good. They called to check on me 3hrs after I got back and answered more questions. I'd recommend this dental surgery office and doctor to anyone. It was a good experience.

I had such anxiety about having all 4 of my wisdom teeth being extracted at the same time. The Dr. And staff were pleasant and reassuring from the consultation all the way through the procedure and there after. I pray I don't have to have any other teeth pulled but if I do I would consider this group.

First time visiting this office and I'm really satisfied with the service.. staff, doctor and nurses are very professional. The nurse called me after I left the office to make sure that everything is going well.. I like them. Definitely recommend

wish i could do 0 stars. The most money HUNGRY & lazy dental office i've ever been to. The minute I go up to the desk, the fake nice front desk lady tells me that my insurance magically doesn't cover consultations, and that i owe $90-100 ish before being seen. Mind you they never called to let me know, even tho i asked before & told them i'm coming from 1hr and 40 min away in PA. Another office in NYC i visited after didn't even greedily ask for consultation fee, as it was covered. Then the wait was super long in this dirty, packed office with babies crying. When i finally see the surgeon Dr. Gugala, I get the worst bedside manners and bare minimum service. The only person that made the experience good was one of the nurses with dark hair and glasses that was sweet and calming. She explained the process of going under better than the useless doctor standing beside her. He barely even explained anything about my x rays or how the surgery will go in the less than 10 min. he came in. Look at the lowest rated reviews and LISTEN! They don't care about patients, the Dr just wants to rush lazy procedures for money. Gladly cancelled my appt. for a professional oral surgeon with quality work.

Disclaimer...might be a long review. Doing a review here eventhough I visited the new office. As a person who really has bad anxiety the doctor, nurses, and staff were amazing. Everyone was kind, gentle, and answered all my questions. They took all four of my wisdom teeth and I didn't feel any pain at all. In addition, the doctor and nurses provided ample amount of information regarding post care. To my surprise I got a phone call from the doctors office asking how I was doing, which was so great and awesome as I forgot to ask in the office. In addition, the office is sooo clean and prepared a person like me felt at ease. Hands down would recommend.

I loved the service in this office. Dr.Otero took my tooth out in less than 2 minutes without any pain, this has never happened before! & his assistant maria was very helpful and welcoming! Best office ever!!

I had an appointment at 10 am but unfortunately due to an ongoing surgery and the x ray machine not working and needing my x ray reports from my dentist, it was 11 am and I still wasn't called in. The staff was nice but however time is still time, and I ended up cancelling my appointment and rescheduling at the Nutley office instead for the next day.

I've never had surgery in my life, so wen I went to the dentist in my hometown which I hate and they told me I had to get my wisdom tooth pulled I started to cry. The receptionist recommended two options and I chose Hudson Oral in Roselle and when I tell you that these people were so kind and understanding it made me so happy even tho I was trembling. Dr. Gugala told me it would be best if I got all four took out at once and I started to cry again they didn't even mind that I was being a cry baby he told me he knew what he was doing and he let me relax and take my shoes off and before I knew it it was over. I arrived to the office at around 7:10am, I was home by like 8:40am amazing right? And I lie to you not, I wasn't even in that much pain and there was no swelling. I was told horror stories by my family and coworkers but my experience was nothing like that and I'm so greatful. So thank you so much Dr. Gugala and Hudson Oral Surgery of Roselle I won't forget to recommend you to everyone

If it's your first or even second time getting oral surgery definitely choose this office. They will make the surgery feel painless. The staff and doctors are amazing very patient and kind. Office accepts insurances, a major help

This office and staff is truly top notch!!!Professional...caring and make their patients feel so comfortable. I am the biggest chicken ever when going to the dentist and the experience I had calmed all my fears. Sandra even held my hand and made me feel so comfortable!!Dr. Gugala explained everything beforehand and answered all my questions. If I could give 1000 stars I would.Thank you all so very much!!!

Had wisdom teeth removed earlier today. Very kind staff and main doctor ( DR. Hubert Gugala). He makes sure that you know everything knowing into the surgery and after makes sure you are completely ok and satisfied. He just cares a lot and seems like a genuinely nice guy. His assistant Maggie was also great. Makes sure your oxygen and body is positioned comfortably. Maggie was so sweet and seems like another mother. Very satisfied and would recommend to anyone who is looking for a wisdom teeth removal.

I had both of my wisdom teeth removed on 4/27/22 let me say awesome staff so caring and the Doctor ( Huberto Gugala the Puerto rican Doctor was the best . I went to work the next day no pain not even swollen Angel hands .so recommend this office . Thank you guys
