Dr. John Hudec has been a life-long believer in the City of Cleveland. While other colleagues were starting dental practices in the suburbs and outside the City of Cleveland, Dr. Hudec went against the norm and opted for the City as his foundation. In November of 1977, Dr. John Hudec opened the doors to his 1st operatory practice at 4283 Pearl Road in Cleveland. Dr. Hudec was the Doctor, Hygienist, Assistant, EFDA, Office Manager and Patient Coordinator. He waited for that first walk-in patient to come through his doors. Soon one patient turned into two and two into four. The practice grew as word of mouth spread regarding the care that Dr. Hudec provided. Dr. Hudec focused ondoing the ordinary, extraordinarily wellin all that he did. As more patients came, the need was created for more staff and more locations to meet the increased patient demand.
The old fashioned way of building a practice allowed for substantial growth throughout the past4 decades. Hudec Dental has now grown in excess of 100,000 patient visits a year throughout its several neighborhood locations. From 1 employee, Hudec Dental now is proud to employ over250 dental professionals. Hudec Dental has now expanded their services to the Youngstown community. This growth will allow Hudec Dental to provide the quality care that everyone deserves.
The reason Hudec Dental was founded and the reason it exists today is founded on Our Purpose, or reason for existence. Simply put, Hudec Dentals purpose is To improve the quality of life of those we serve. Every patient we treat, every decision we make is rooted in our companys purpose. Hudec Dental also believes in serving and improving the quality of life of our staff. Our goal is to provide an opportunity for our staff to grow and develop as dental professionals. As an organization, we must continue to grow and be better today than we were yesterday.

Very friendly, gentle and reliable. Unlike other dental offices they don't over exaggerate by adding unnecessarily procedures. They are also direct and upfront with pricing. I was able to get an appointment within a few days of calling with no long wait time.

Above and beyond care and service! Had fillings done and had some issues with my bite afterwards(fillings were a bit high), but was able to call/ come back in and have them shaped without feeling judged. I have extreme anxiety when it comes to dentist offices but it helps knowing I'm in good hands at Hudec. Thank you!

My experince at Hudec Dental was excellent! The Dental Hygentist was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. The dentist was knowledgeable and was able to find an alternative to two crowns which is a better option. I love that they make getting my teeth cleaned painless and easy.

My visit today was my first at Hudec Dental. Dr. Lu & his Staff we're kind, Professional & caring! From the time I walked in the door, through Treatments & office desk as leaving. I fractured my tooth last thursday, called on friday, and through fortunate scheduling managed to get it extracted on the following wednesday! Everyone was professional and accommodating, and I will be returning for routine dental services!

If it seems like they booked a bunch of appointments at they same time, don't fret. They are so efficient that they see everyone within a timely manner. Everyone there is very polite.

I scheduled an appointment for myself and my husband. In error, I forgot to provide them with our medical insurance information. Once that was discovered, my husband was contacted. He let them know he'll check the information and call right back, which he did. He has a screen shot of the insurance information, which he took at the time of the call. This would allow him to have it on the day of the appointments. He provided the information over the phone, they supposedly checked and confirmed it while speaking with him. Then told him we were all set for our appointments for Saturday. Saturday arrives and I'm greeted with a puzzled look as to why I even came into their office. The young lady then tells me I can't be seen because no one ever called to give insurance information and they're unable to verify information on the weekends. She tells me I can reschedule for JULY! I'm beyond annoyed!

Worst dentist office ever!!!! Ignorant staff !!! They installed crowns that broke off in 2 yrs and will NOT FIX all around HORRIBLE DENTIST go elsewhere do not go to these HACKS!!!!!

Everyone at this office is so kind. I was very nervous walking in, but left feeling relieved. Dr Jain, the hygienist Jessica, and Katie in the office all really helped dissipate my anxiety over my teeth/the cost to fix them. Thank you for being awesome!
