Dr. John Hudec has been a life-long believer in the City of Cleveland. While other colleagues were starting dental practices in the suburbs and outside the City of Cleveland, Dr. Hudec went against the norm and opted for the City as his foundation. In November of 1977, Dr. John Hudec opened the doors to his 1st operatory practice at 4283 Pearl Road in Cleveland. Dr. Hudec was the Doctor, Hygienist, Assistant, EFDA, Office Manager and Patient Coordinator. He waited for that first walk-in patient to come through his doors. Soon one patient turned into two and two into four. The practice grew as word of mouth spread regarding the care that Dr. Hudec provided. Dr. Hudec focused ondoing the ordinary, extraordinarily wellin all that he did. As more patients came, the need was created for more staff and more locations to meet the increased patient demand.
The old fashioned way of building a practice allowed for substantial growth throughout the past4 decades. Hudec Dental has now grown in excess of 100,000 patient visits a year throughout its several neighborhood locations. From 1 employee, Hudec Dental now is proud to employ over250 dental professionals. Hudec Dental has now expanded their services to the Youngstown community. This growth will allow Hudec Dental to provide the quality care that everyone deserves.
The reason Hudec Dental was founded and the reason it exists today is founded on Our Purpose, or reason for existence. Simply put, Hudec Dentals purpose is To improve the quality of life of those we serve. Every patient we treat, every decision we make is rooted in our companys purpose. Hudec Dental also believes in serving and improving the quality of life of our staff. Our goal is to provide an opportunity for our staff to grow and develop as dental professionals. As an organization, we must continue to grow and be better today than we were yesterday.

The staff @ the Macedonia are very friendly. My appointment was some what disappointing. I know that was a former patient and you have to do x-rays and checkup, I get that. But I made the appointment to just get my teeth cleaned before the holidays, and that never happened. I was recommended to have a scraping done or see a periodontist, then I would get the clean. I would certainly look into that procedure next year and if insurance would cover it, but ALL I wanted was a cleaning...BIG let down.

I really like this dental practice! My entire family are patients there. I always feel welcomed when I arrived. Appointments start on time. Best of all the staff and doctors are pleasant and professional. Costs are explained in advance. No pressure to get work done.

I recommend the Macedonia location! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They do their best to get you in and out quickly while still being thorough. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. I've only had positive visits there.

Best dental experience I have ever had! Dr. Sarris is awesome-really caring and took the time to explain everything. I expressed some anxiety concerns and she really went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. The hygienist and assistant Taylor were both amazing as well. I hope this staff stays for a long time!

Thanks for getting back to me, understanding the problem, accepting and thereby resolving the financial issue. I appreciate this. I am very happy with everything else. In future, please discuss and get the consent before putting anyone on a yearly maintenance plan so it won't be a surprise.

Terrible experience- failed to communicate service. Would not do simple cleaning on first visit, even though called in for a cleaning. Said they checked with insurance that procedure would be covered - it was not. Been to a number of dentists through the years due to moving , etc. worst experience ever. Update on my cap that was put on last year it broke in half & fell off today.
