Dr. John Hudec has been a life-long believer in the City of Cleveland. While other colleagues were starting dental practices in the suburbs and outside the City of Cleveland, Dr. Hudec went against the norm and opted for the City as his foundation. In November of 1977, Dr. John Hudec opened the doors to his 1st operatory practice at 4283 Pearl Road in Cleveland. Dr. Hudec was the Doctor, Hygienist, Assistant, EFDA, Office Manager and Patient Coordinator. He waited for that first walk-in patient to come through his doors. Soon one patient turned into two and two into four. The practice grew as word of mouth spread regarding the care that Dr. Hudec provided. Dr. Hudec focused ondoing the ordinary, extraordinarily wellin all that he did. As more patients came, the need was created for more staff and more locations to meet the increased patient demand.
The old fashioned way of building a practice allowed for substantial growth throughout the past4 decades. Hudec Dental has now grown in excess of 100,000 patient visits a year throughout its several neighborhood locations. From 1 employee, Hudec Dental now is proud to employ over250 dental professionals. Hudec Dental has now expanded their services to the Youngstown community. This growth will allow Hudec Dental to provide the quality care that everyone deserves.
The reason Hudec Dental was founded and the reason it exists today is founded on Our Purpose, or reason for existence. Simply put, Hudec Dentals purpose is To improve the quality of life of those we serve. Every patient we treat, every decision we make is rooted in our companys purpose. I made the appointment for a cleaning and exam. My appointment was at 4. I didn't get brought back until 445 and my X-rays weren't completed until 515. The only reason I gave 2 stars was for the doctor she was thorough and professional. The office staff were very chatty about issues just outside my door. Actually lied to a patient on the phone; told the patient hold on while I ask the doctor; came in the room where I was asked the dental assistant the question and went back to the phone and said to the patient "the doctor said...". I never got a cleaning. The receptionist came in after the doctor at 530 and reviewed a plan with me which included a cleaning with a lot of extra procedures included. I have never been to a dental visit where I didn't get a cleaning then see the doc for an exam after which I was provided with an explanation of any work that may need done. The doctor seemed over worked although she did spent time with me. This place is just looking for ways to make as much money as they can from insurance. A lot of the discussion was around my insurance and what they cover so they may as well do it. I won't be back.

Dr. Khoury is the best dentist, she explains everything and makes you feel very comfortable. I had a root canal and had no problems or pain afterwards amazing that is definitely a first. I will be continuing treatment with Dr. Khoury along with the rest of my family. The staff are also friendly and attentive.

I am so extremely satisfied and relieved to have found such a wonderful, professional, positive, accomodating, energetic, meticulous dental office. Never in my life have i ever felt so welcomed. I don-t think i can stop re phrasing all my compliments. After really dreading going to the dentist, i can honestly say that i am looking forward to going back to get my work done. Thank you for restoring my smile and for setting such high standards.

I have some extreme dental issues which I'm very embarrassed about. Every employee at Hudec Dental was warm, kind, respectful, and helpful. I didn't feel judged for one second, and it was obvious that they genuinely care about their patients. I'm very glad I chose Hudec.

My experience at this location has been absolutely amazing. The entire staff is so helpful and genuinely care about you as a human. I can come here and explain my issues in a judgement free environment. You ladies have no idea how much that means to me! You guys helped me put a confident smile back on my face. I havent been to a dentist appt. in years, but these guys were the nicest dentists I have ever been to. I didnt get the usual lecture that I wasnt flossing when my gums bled, and the cleaning itself wasnt so invasive and aggressive as some of my other cleanings. They were so gentle. 10/10 would recommend.

Dr. Khoury is fantastic! Best dentist I've ever had. Very competent, thorough and she explains everything she's doing. Goes out of her way to make sure you feel comfortable. I had a tooth extracted and it went so smoothly and painlessly I couldn't believe it.
