Dr. John Hudec has been a life-long believer in the City of Cleveland. While other colleagues were starting dental practices in the suburbs and outside the City of Cleveland, Dr. Hudec went against the norm and opted for the City as his foundation. In November of 1977, Dr. John Hudec opened the doors to his 1st operatory practice at 4283 Pearl Road in Cleveland. Dr. Hudec was the Doctor, Hygienist, Assistant, EFDA, Office Manager and Patient Coordinator. He waited for that first walk-in patient to come through his doors. Soon one patient turned into two and two into four. The practice grew as word of mouth spread regarding the care that Dr. Hudec provided. Dr. Hudec focused ondoing the ordinary, extraordinarily wellin all that he did. As more patients came, the need was created for more staff and more locations to meet the increased patient demand.
The old fashioned way of building a practice allowed for substantial growth throughout the past4 decades. Hudec Dental has now grown in excess of 100,000 patient visits a year throughout its several neighborhood locations. From 1 employee, Hudec Dental now is proud to employ over250 dental professionals. Hudec Dental has now expanded their services to the Youngstown community. This growth will allow Hudec Dental to provide the quality care that everyone deserves.
The reason Hudec Dental was founded and the reason it exists today is founded on Our Purpose, or reason for existence. Simply put, Hudec Dentals purpose is To improve the quality of life of those we serve. Every patient we treat, every decision we make is rooted in our companys purpose. Hudec Dental also believes in serving and improving the quality of life of our staff. Our goal is to provide an opportunity for our staff to grow and develop as dental professionals. Gentle, comforting, and efficient is how I would describe the doctor and hygienist that services my son and I. If we could bypass the unpleasant receptionist I would gladly give Hudec Garfield 5stars.

I've always had anxiety going to the dentist and my teeth are all messed up due to a cleft palate surgery I had in 2015, so I'm very self-conscious about them. However, Dr Ball and his team always go above and beyond to help me and they're never judgemental about anything and that is something that is hard to find these days. People that actually care. I would highly recommend them to anyone for their dental needs

I want to give high praise to office manager Ashley, at Garfield office. I thank God for her, she made me smile again. I was having a issue as it relates to my implant and crown. The crown caused the implant to fail. Prior to her getting involved, I was getting the run around from the previous office manager, but when Ashley got involved, the issue was resolved in minutes. She made me smile as a result of her caring attitude for me and my situation. Thank God for her professionalism and caring attitude.

Dr acted like she barley knew what she was doing, kept walking out of the room, and didn't explain anything she was doing. Also my mouth was held open for 2 hours with out a break. It was the worst experience I've ever had going to the dentist and definitely won't be coming back. I also had to wait an hour an 30 mins after my appointment time to be seen.

Dr.John did a good job with my 2yrs old she was scared but they made it easy pleasant stickers a new tooth brush they didn't force anything. She kinda looking forward to returning in 6 months
