Never have I left a dental appointment feeling offended and upset. The audacity to be dissatisfied with their work, because it was not what you asked for and made your mouth look abnormal, was met with nothing less than a "How dare you!" attitude from not only Dr. Hubbard, but his office staff as well. I did not like the look of the dentures. They looked unnatural and did not fit right. When I rejected the product, I was treated with disdain. Very disappointed.

My son had an abscess show up in his gum line. I was very worried and started making phone calls at 8am. Despite making other calls first for pediatric dentists, Hubbard Dental answered the phone first and got us in quickly. We were given options on how to treat the problem and we were taken care of quickly, effectively and painlessly. We had a great experience. Everyone was very pleasant and friendly. Even though it doesn't look like some of the other pediatric dentists in the area, they were great with my little guy. Even had a little toy box at the end. This will be our new dentist!

I just had my first visit to Hubbard Dental and the staff was very attentive and the visit was great. I also have my 4 kids set up for checkups soon. Again, I've only been once, but they came recommended by friends and I would recommend too. I've had several appointments since my first review and my 4 kids have been as well. The Hubbard Dental staff is still great. Just had my checkup and everything went well. Really appreciate the staff at Hubbard Dental Care.

My recent 6 month checkup went great. My appointment started on time, the hygienist was kind and thorough. The dentist followed up and made sure all my concerns were addressed. I was in and out in 30 minutes for my cleaning, so I would say it was a perfect appointment. Thanks

First visit with Dr. Hubbard. Very prompt professional experience for exam with both assistants and doctor. Wanted night guard also, scanned by doctor and was ready within 24 hours.

Typically, I don't do many reviews unless the services rendered were either exceptional or adverse. Unfortunately, in this case, the latter was true. This was my second visit to Dr. Hubbard's office after having relocated to the area back in January, and like my husband, my first visit was positive. However, I recently turned 65, which meant my insurance changed. I'm now on Medicare A & B, as well as Medigap through AARP as supported through United Healthcare. This morning, approximately 2 hours before my visit, I received a text from Dr. Hubbard's office requiring my insurance update. When I provided it, I was told they were not in the network. I'd remembered my insurance advisor saying as far as dental was concerned; it didn't matter if the dentist was in or out of the network, because both In-Network and Out-of-Network were $0 copay for preventative cleanings, x-rays and fluoride up to $1000 annually. I brought my policy documents to my appointment, and immediately the receptionist waved me off, refused to look at the papers and started telling me Dr. Hubbard's policy is that if your insurance is "not In-Network" you pay for your visit up front. I protested saying, "But my policy tells me I'm covered in full." Then I was told by the receptionist, "When they sell you the policy, they tell you it's gold, but then you find out down the line it's fool's gold." I then asked her, "Will you at least call the dental number on the back of my card to verify my coverage," and she replied, "I could, but it wouldn't matter. They tell you one thing and then end up paying $12." I was supremely frustrated, but composed. At that point I asked how much the teeth cleaning would cost and agreed to pay the $128 for the cleaning, but no x-rays, and I did say I would have to find a new dentist going forward who would work with my insurance. I was told to take a seat and that they would have me in a seat soon. I waited for another 15 - 20 minutes and then the same receptionist came out and told me the doctor would have to do x-rays or he couldn't see me. Effectively, I had more or less been shown the door. I was so disenchanted I had to wait another ten minutes for my husband to come pick me up. I did message them that I intended to leave a Google review regarding my experience. A bit later, I received a text from Dr. Hubbard, himself. Rather than try and diffuse the situation and repair the relationship, he threatened me as far as a potential review saying, and I quote, "I will reply accordingly and make it public your poor attitude and treatment towards my staff." I only interacted with one person on his staff, and I did not raise my voice, I remained composed and even relented on paying cash for my visit. After all, I had driven 50 minutes to make the appointment. I don't appreciate harassment or threats. And I have nothing to fear from the truth. I have worked in a professional capacity all of my adult life up to my retirement, and I know how to conduct myself in any given situation. So don't let my age full you. I am smart, savvy and on top of everything that matters. I definitely would not recommend this dentist. One postscript: regarding my insurance, AARP is one of the most powerful lobbys with 38 million members nationwide, in Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands, while United Healthcare is the nation's largest insurance provider having done 286 billion in revenues in 2021. Together, they have created a comprehensive insurance policy that includes medical, dental, vision and hearing under one neat umbrella, thereby guaranteeing seniors outstanding healthcare into perpetuity. Finding a new dentist was not rocket science. Rather, it was quite easy.

Staff was very kind and sympathetic of my pain . They worked me in very quick and was in and out with no more pain. So thankful for the great service and kindness. Thank you all so much!! I would tell anyone to just go see the excellent service and happy staff at Hubbard clinic. You won't regret a second of it. Can't say enough about them!!!! It was such a great experience for me. Once again thank you for your excellent service and wonderful staff.

Being one individual that has not a lot of experience with dentists, except when I was in the military, and they weren't kind, and I am NOT a fan of mouth pain, (thru the Grace of heaven above, my teeth have always been in good condition) Dr. Robert is knowledgeable of his craft, and seems to take the right approach. I've had 2 visits for cleaning, and he is sensitive to the patients pain level, and will work with you on that. He and his staff have been professional and kind, and do what seems to this inexperienced patient, a good job. Will see him again in 3 months...
