Dr. Sarina graduated from the University of Missouri-Kansas City Dental School in 2005. Her undergraduate degree was completed one year early and she was granted early admittance to dental school due to her hard work. While in high school, college and dental school she worked as a dental assistant. She has been in dentistry since 1998.
Dr. Sarina has had much experience in helping patients evolve their dental health into excellence. She has certifications in CEREC CAD-CAM dentistry and served on the mentor panel at CEREC Doctors on the Spear Campus. She has certifications in Invisalign, Fast Braces, Sleep Appliances and is currently working to bring awareness to Sleep Disordered Breathing.
Dr. Sarina specializes in caring for each patient as she would a family member and strives to make each visit their best. Her chairside discussions and calming manner make patients feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Sarina is very passionate about her continuing education journey. She regularly attends her education classes on general dentistry in addition to whole body health as it relates to sleep disordered breathing.
Dr. Sarina is also involved in local and national study clubs that help her focus on individualized patient care while using the latest technology to assist. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband Nick and four children, Jake, Zach and twins, Emery and Kate. Gracie, their dachshund, is the oldest sibling and for sure the most diva of all! The Tinnels enjoy traveling in their free time and spending weekends enjoying sporting events for the kids.
Dr. Sarah Prinz originally became interested in Dentistry doing a work study in her rural hometown of West Point, NE. For Dr. Prinz, dentistry has become a way to connect with and help people. She originally moved to Kansas City to attend Rockhurst University to complete her undergraduate degree.
She found that she really loved Kansas City and knew at some point would call it home. Dr. Prinz attended the University of Nebraska Medical Center to obtain her dental degree. The thing she loved most about her experience at UNMC was the small class size where she really got to know her professors and classmates.
She loves traveling, reading, and always tries new things, which right now includes golfing! You may also find her attending a concert or cheering on local sporting teams, and of course the Nebraska Cornhuskers!

I love HT Complete Family Dentistry. Everyone there is always so nice and accommodating, and you can just tell by the vibe of the dental office that everyone loves coming to work. Today I was with Ashley and Dr. Sarah, both of which I love so much. They're always open and honest, and they don't make you feel bad when you've been bad about your bedtime brushing routine! I highly recommend this Dental Office!

Today's dental cleaning at HT-Dentistry was pleasant experience. Ashley the dental hygienist did a thorough job cleaning my teeth. She was friendly, and. provided a thoughtful suggestion to improve my brushing routine. I appreciate her idea and will adapt using my iPhone reminder app to reminder me to brush before I go to bed at night. Dr. Prinz stopped by to offer a friendly hello. Checking in and out of the clinic was friendly and professional.

It's rare to find a dentist that you love, but we found it here. Dr Tinnel has a passion for what she does and it shows in her work. She is caring, gentle, kind and professional. Excellent dental hygienists and Cassy at the front desk is the best and so sweet. It's a great team.

I'm scared to tell all of you how great Sarina Harman Tinnel is. Because then she might have to raise her super competitive prices and it might be more challenging for me to get in to see her when I need to. I'm such a whimp when it comes to dental work. But her and her team always baby me. And that's one of the things I love about them. If they gave you an espresso on your way out the door we would have to officially declare them the Masters of the Universe.

I started to see Dr. Sarina in 2011! She has always been upbeat and servant hearted! She gave me an honest estimate and we went straight to work on all the issues with my teeth. I have always felt at peace and taken care of and now my husband and children also see her! I am thankful for all the staff and what an excellent job they do! It's been ten years this month since my dental restoration has been complete and I have not had a cavity or issue since! I always go every six months for a cleaning but I marvel at how amazing the work she did has held up! Extremely grateful for her! Literally changed my life!

This is the only dentist office I have had fillings done and have had issue with those fillings. They are constantly falling out. But when I get them repaired elsewhere the problems stop. Very odd to me.

HT Complete Family Dentistry has been my Dentist for quite a number of years now. The staff always tries to make sure I am comfortable. Whether it's a routine cleaning, an examination or a crown. The staff is very kind and the very best. I highly recommend this office to everyone.

Visited this dentist office again this week and Sue is a wonderful receptionist who knows who patients are before they even step up to the window to state your name to check in. This dentist office is certainly an office that makes you feel like family and at home with them remembering your name. Kelly is my dental hygienist who is super nice and very educational with each appointment. Kelly understands all the pros and cons people struggling with regarding brushing etc. She is really helpful with trying to get a good dental plan set up for you to lead you on the right path of taking care of your teeth and preventing tooth/bone decay etc.

Every time I've gone for my appointment over the last several years everyone is so friendly! The dental hygienists and dentist are very thorough and make sure I understand all procedures fully. They aren't pushy or pressure me to do anything they are very informative. I highly recommend them!

A very professional and friendly dental practice.Together with my family, we have several years of stress-free dental experience at this facility. All the staff are very friendly and take time to research and answer any patient concerns. My dental health has improved immensely based on the care that I have received here. If a procedure is necessary and they don't have the necessary skills or equipment, they don't hesitate to recommend a referral to other specialists. I have come to greatly trust both the care they provide and their recommendations.

We were referred to Dr. Tinnel by another trusted doctor. My husband and I drive an hour to come to this office because of the staff. We had some negative experiences with our kids at other dentists, even those catering to kids. We were desperate to find a good dental office and stay. We were referred to Dr. Tinnel be another trusted doctor and we have never had a bad experience since we started. Everyone is extremely kind and helpful, they do a great job explaining treatment options and plans. My favorite part about this office is the way they treat my kids. Our 3 year old had his second appointment recently and it went so well. He truly enjoyed the experience and it was a lot of fun to watch. It doesn't matter which doctor or dental assistant we see because they are all awesome.

Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Cathy and Dr Prinz were great! My x-rays and exam were done professionally and with care. It was a great experience for someone who's nervous going to the dentist. Can't wait for my follow-up visit.

Wow! Is what I can say about HT. I typically wait a while to review a place because first impressions are usually great, it's the months after and continued service that counts. I must say, this whole office is amazing. I initially got a consultation for invisaline, and shopped around. (HT) is by far a better price with ame exact treatment. Today I got a cleaning and I must say the most thorough and detailed I've ever had. The whole staff is seriously genuinely nice! Sue at the front desk really sets the tone upon arrival. I'm so glad I found this place!

I am giving this place a 1 star based on two things. First how do we have an appointment at 1030am and have to wait 18 minutes to get called back. And it is not our first time here. Secondly why are all the other people that come in going DIRECTLY back to their appointment and oh guess what they are all WHITE. I will never be coming back to this place EVER!!
