I have been going to Dr. Karen for years for exams, fillings, and crowns - excellent care, modern technology, informative commentary, and a gentle touch. Stephanie Willis has been cleaning my teeth for years too - lightest, softest touch imaginable. This is what I posted after a previous visit - just as true after my recent visit.

Dr. Karen Hrisomalos and her staff were friendly and professional during my dental appointment. They made sure all of my questions were answered and that I understood the procedure. I was reassured that if any discomfort occurred post visit, I was to phone the office for a follow up visit. I would highly recommend this practice for it's excellent care.

I've always had a really positive experience at Hrismalos & Coghlan. I love my hygienist and Dr. Karen, and also appreciate the wonderful front office team. Everyone is pleasant and helpful, they're responsive to calls, and never seem too stressed out or too busy to take care of you. Appointments are generally on time and don't feel rushed. I've received both preventive services and a number of treatments (fillings, crowns) over the years with no issues. Quality of care is overall excellent.

The visit was good. Very professional and friendly staff. The negative issue was my fault. I was referred to an office outside of my network. I should have asked about that before the appt was made. But everything worked out.

The staff are wonderful. Very polite, attentive, and understanding. The wait time is rather long, that's the reason for 4 stars. I waited 20 min after the scheduled appointment time to be called for my appointment, and other family members also waited this long. Regardless, I am happy with my care.
