I love being an orthodontist. The change that I see in patients from the time they enter our office to when they leave makes every day a great day. Having patients walk away with beautiful smiles and confidence makes me love what I do
I consider myself privileged to get to see our patients confidence grow as they achieve the smile of their dreams. I also really love seeing a patients excitement about the movement of their teeth as their bite improves.
Our staff in Sacramento, Modesto, Roseville, Placerville, and El Dorado Hills feels like a family and we are able to work together as one team. We all like meeting new people. When patients walk in the door, they become a member of our family. We love to laugh and hope to always leave a patient with a big smile on their face.
Dr. Grace Woo, DDS, MS, is a graduate of Loma Linda Orthodontics, UCLA Dental School, and Harvard University. She enjoys exploring the outdoors with her husband, traveling, baking, reading, and trying different kinds of food and coffees. She is excited to be a part of the Bay Area, go Warriors!
Dr. Carr received his dental training at the University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree. After finishing his DDS he and his wife moved to Las Vegas, Nevada and earned his Masters in Oral Biology and Orthodontic Certificate at the University of Nevada Las Vegas. He and his wife decided they wanted to move back to California where they were both raised after completing residency.

Dr. Hoybjerg and his staff were professional and courteous. I have had 2 daughters with braces and both of them stayed on plan and on budget. They also took my insurance plan that some other offices would not take. I would definitely recommend.

Office staff is fabulous!!!! Convenient scheduling, always on time, friendly, and professional. Dr Hoybjerg has the BEST bedside manner. He is the nicest man and explains everything clearly. My daughter had a difficult case and got braces at a young age. In order to save money we were given the option to skip the waiting period between phase 1 and phase 2. Due to skipping time off between phases and several missed appointments COVID, my daughter had braces just over 4 years. It was sooooooo worth the wait. My daughter has the most beautiful smile and she couldn't be happier. Dr Hoybjerg is hands down one of the BEST orthodontists in the area.

Best orthodontist around with the most amazing staff! We have been to the Roseville, El Dorado Hills, and Placerville locations and you can't go wrong with any of them. Our family highly recommends Dr. Hoybjerg!

I have two kids getting braces at the same time and the doctors and entire staff have been great with both of them. Before beginning treatment, everything was explained to me clearly, including their various payment plans. Everyone is friendly and very accommodating. I can't wait to see my kids' smiles in a year.

Always a great experience with Dr. Hoybjerg and his kind and efficient staff. They are all very patient with my daughter. Our initial meeting and consultation were AMAZING with Jessica! We never new orthodontics could be so convenient and easy. We are so happy to have found an AWESOME and flexible dental team to correct my daughter's smile!!
