A Tulsa native, Doctor Howl is a graduate of Bishop Kelley High School. He received his bachelors degree from Oklahoma State University. He then moved to Dallas to attend the prestigious Baylor College of Dentistry. After receiving his doctorate in 1977, Doctor Howl moved back to Tulsa to start his practice.
Doctor Howl is a member of the American Dental Association, Oklahoma Dental Association, Tulsa County Dental Society and serves on the board of directors of Delta Dental Insurance. He keeps abreast of changing technology by frequently attending continuing education courses around the country.
Doctor Howl has traveled to the Amazon to care for the natives, and he also volunteers for Neighbor for Neighbor in Tulsa to give back to his local community. His interests include fishing, travel, bicycling, and karate.

I only waited about 5 minutes and was taking in the back. Everyone was kind. Dr Howl was cracking jokes which had me laughing. They did an excellent job on cleaning my teeth. I have been going to Dr Howl for over 25 years. I left once because the other dentist offered weekend appointments but I came right back to Dr. Howl. I am more than please with my service.

Dr. Howl is a skilled professional who knows how to take care of all sorts of dental issues. He is trustworthy, kind and compassionate. Dr Howl sounds like a great dentist from the reviews I've read today! However, I've been receiving calls from his office for "Scott" (I'm not Scott, nor do I know "Scott "). Thus far I have two voice mails for "Scott". They sound very important. Upon trying to contact the office to clarify my number is the wrong number, I'm redirected to an unknown voice mail which can't receive a message because the mail box is full. This seems odd to be unable to contact this office during business hours. I'm leaving one star for no one manning the phone and hoping they will stop calling me and can contact Scott.
