Dr. David W. Howington is a General Dentist from Commerce, Georgia. His fleeting education began at the University of Georgia in 1988, and ended with a selective bridge program with a B.S. in biology and a Doctorate of Dental Medicine in 1996. Since dental school, David has practiced as an associate Dentist for 2 years in his hometown, after which he worked for the Georgia Department of Corrections for a year as staff dentist at Wilcox State Prison. Following that he was a locum tenumns before purchasing the Moultrie practice of Dr. Horace Chitty. David enjoys traveling and is actively involved with several charitable organizations . He is also a member of Saint Margret's Episcopal Church.

Beth provides account coordinating services for David W. Howington, D.M.D. Beth is a native of Georgia and has worked for Dr. Howington since May 2007. With 12+ years experience in this position, she has handled all aspects of front office, including patient accounts, receivables, payables & insurance. She feels very much at home in her position and looks forward too many more years with Dr. Howington and staff, her work family.

Beth married Greg in February 2016 and gained 2 awesome bonus kids, Garrett and Kaitlin. In September 2018 Garrett married Brittany, giving her 3 awesome bonus kids, which most definitely adds lots of blessings & joy to her & her dog Broxs life.

Vicky Tovar is the front desk receptionist at Dr. Howington's office located in Moultrie, Georgia. She is the friendly face that will greet you when you arrive to the office. Vicky has experience working closely with patients. She enjoys helping them understand their dental needs, payments, schedules, and insurance plans. She is bilingual, in English and Spanish, and serves as the practice translator as well. Vicky moved from Chicago a few years ago and enjoys the beautiful weather of the south. Vicky loves to go to the beach with her twin boys.

Amanda Burnette Conger was born and raised in Colquitt County. She attended Colquitt County High School and graduated from Albany Technical College in 2000. While at Albany Tech, Amanda obtained a Certified Dental Assistant diploma. Also, Amanda has expanded function certifications in dental assisting. She has been practicing as a Dental Assistant for 20 years, 18 of which have been with Dr. Howington. Chairside assisting is her main focus as she specializes in anxious patients and children. However, she is also fully cross trained to cover almost any position in the office. She and Dr. Howington also enjoy doing volunteer work whenever possible. Amanda is married to Michael Conger and they have two beautiful daughters, Gracie; 20, and Miley; 12. Amanda's family attends Life Spring Community Church and resides in Norman Park, Georgia. Amanda enjoys hosting BBQ's and bonfires at her home for family and friends.

Donna K. Conger is a Registered Dental Hygienist. She graduated from Colquitt County High School in May 1985. She was a dental assistant for 4 yrs before she continued her Associate degree in dental hygiene education at Darton College in Albany, Ga. She graduated as a RDH in May of 2000.

Donna enjoys working out, antique shopping, drag racing, working in her yards & spending time w/ her family & friends. She also enjoys volunteering with the Georgia Baptist Convention Mobile Dental Unit.
