Another visit and another great review! Dr. Karan and staff are awesome. We are never rushed, questions are answered in ways we understand and conversations make you feel like you're at a family dinner. Our child is happy...and so are we!

My daughter loves Dr. Karan. She was sad to have a cavity after brushing her teeth pretty frequently, and she was pretty nervous about the whole process. Dr. Karan put her at ease, and the whole process was painless. Since it ended up being such a good experience, I just hope that my daughter didn't get the wrong idea about cavities. :)

Dr. Karan and all of her staff are so great with my girls. They were both nervous the first time, but now look forward to going to the dentist twice a year, the toy closet is a nice touch as well.

Where to start? All of the staff are very kind and caring! The front desk was able to get my son in for his appointments very quickly. The staff create a very friendly and comfortable environment which put my son at ease. Dr Karen is extremely patient and caring. She goes above and beyond to explain everything to parents while also speaking to my son directly. She takes the necessary time to LISTEN and answer all questions and concerns. We had an extensive treatment plan and her recommendations for how to proceed was really in my sons best interest. After the procedure, Dr Karen called personally (after hours) to check in on my sons recovery. We couldn't have asked for a better experience! We will only recommend Howell pediatric dentistry because they are truly exceptional. Thank you Dr Karen and your wonderful team, much Love!

Revisiting my last review 3 years later and now 2 kids going to Dr Karan and honestly I've recommended to mother's on FB and 9n the playground. We love this doctor and her team. We travel from Point Pleasant to this office and wouldn't look anywhere else! They are patient, kind and know all the tricks to calm a nervous tot by first being calm themselves. We love the prize box too!

Dr. Karan and her staff are wonderful! My 2 year old was terrified of being at the dentist and they eased her into the process seamlessly. She now talks about Dr. Karan like she's her friend! Thank you Howell Pediatric Dentistry!

First and foremost, after a consultation, Dr. Karan Estwick strongly urged me to schedule extensive, invasive, medically unnecessary treatment under IV sedation for my 3 year old. THREE other family and pediatric dentists at three separate practices disagreed with her diagnosis and proposed treatment plan. This is extremely disturbing to me, as Dr. Estwick presented my child's supposed issues and treatment plan as *absolutely, urgently necessary.* How many families have trusted this doctor and had procedures done on their children that were not necessary? I noticed another reviewer described this practice as a "scam" and I must agree - this is the impression that I am left with as well. Secondly, Dr. Estwick's bedside manner is incredibly lacking. I would never know it was the same individual described in the other positive reviews of Dr. Estwick and her practice. From the moment she entered the exam room, she was critical and had a negative attitude. I truthfully was quite taken aback by her demeanor and it found it incredibly uncomfortable and rude. I also did not find her to be particularly gentle or patient with my children. If you decide to bring your child to this practice, I urge caution and a second opinion if you are hesitant about diagnostics/treatment provided here.

Dr. Karan and staff are the best. We moved and now still travel 50 minutes for my 2 children's dental visits. We have been using Howell pediatric dental since they opened 6 years ago.

Had my kid's first dentist appointment recently and I could not be happier with my experience here! Everyone is so friendly, and they treated my kid with such patience and care- I am so happy I made the decision to come here!

Dr. Karan and her team are incredible. My kids are at ease with her and she takes time to answer all their questions. She is utterly amazing and her personality is incredibly humbling to watch! My Girls Absolutely LOVES Dr. Karan!!! The staff there are AMAZING!!!!Thank you for putting my girls ease! We moved from out of state and this was my girls first time going to the office. They were a little scared prior to entering the office but by time they were done my girls had nothing but smiles on their faces. Thank you for an amazing experience at your office!!!

Dr.Karan is the the best at her craft and even does a great job making my kids feel comfortable. I wish she did adult teeth cause she'd be my first choice for that too. Thank you for another great visit.

Dr Karan is one of a kind. My sons naturally gravitated towards her kind and gentle nature. She is such a professional and it feels like home whenever you are in her office. My kids thoroughly enjoy their semi-annual visits to Dr. Karan.

I found Dr Karan after our current Dentist couldn't give us an appointment to fix our daughters cavities and a root canal with a crown for almost 3 months because they took on too many patients and had no appointments available. Dr Karan got us in as a new patient asap. Dr Karan and her staff are amazing. They met with us and made us feel at ease. She explained everything to us and came up with a game plan to fix my daughters cavities asap without waiting 3 months to fix them. She definitely puts the kids first and changed her schedule around to accommodate us. This was my daughters first time getting a cavity fixed and she was nervous and afraid. Dr Karan made my daughter feel so comfortable she wasn't afraid at all. My daughter didn't even realize that she had gotten a needle to numb her because Dr Karan's technique she used was amazing!!! Before you knew it her cavity was fixed and now my daughter isn't afraid to come back and get the rest of her cavities fixed. I am thankful that we found Dr Karan and wish that we found her and her staff sooner. Thank you thank you thank you!!!

I'm so grateful I found Dr. Karan and Howell Pediatric Dentistry! All of the staff is so pleasant and wonderful! The hygienists are fantastic and are willing to adapt to make small children as comfortable as possible. Dr. Karan herself is nothing short of amazing! To say she brightens the room is an understatement! I will never hesitate to recommend them to everyone!
