i had an appointment scheduled for May 24th. They (HFD) called me to cancel the appointment because the Hygienist had a baby and they had no other Hygienist. They promised to let me know when they replaced her. I called back a few weeks later to follow up and was told that they still had not replaced the Hygienist but would definitely call me when they did replace her. Today is 10/5/2022 and I'm still waiting for the call. I have since found an excellent dental practice which is fully staffed and a pleasure to deal with.

fast service. as an emergency walk in doc didn't want to extract my teeth after giving me two options either referral to sedation or taking out the teeth asap. i asked for a referral and got one, great BUT when i call the referred clinic they're all booked till October. i was in a lot of pain so i didn't want to wait so long. i decided to go back in the clinic . the same day literally minutes after my initial appt, and asked for an appointment for any available date to extract my teeth since it was already an option for me made by Dr. Abraham. I explained what happened to front desk and when she came back from asking the doctor if its okay to come back tomorrow he said no go to an oral surgeon. why the hell would u give me the option the first time now i just think you didn't want to do it because it was too much work for you. really stupid but its okay because Aspen Dental made sure i was taken care of.

Very happy patient. The office gave me an appointment 45 minutes after I called. They called me in promptly and addressed my concern patiently. Very happy. Thank you!!

Amazing amazing! I had an infected wisdom tooth and got an appointment right away! dr abraham and team got me into oral surgeon right away and had it removed. great friendly quick service! Thank You!

There is always an annoying wait time in the waiting room and especially after seeing the hygienist and waiting for the dentist. Much too long. Recently their phone system was not working properly. and they could not be reached. They knew about it and it went on for months. Still continuing. How do you run a business that way?

Dr. Abrahams was the most considerate and caring dentist I have been to in years. I have a pretty intense situation going on w/ my teeth and such and I reached out to other dental facilities who basically b/c my insurance denied the procedures that need to be done they so carelessly would not afford me the time to still be seen to explain alternative options-therefore cancelling my appt. altogether. But Howell Family Dental made me feel welcome right from the door. Dr. A took the time to explain to me ALL options available and considering I'm a low -income person w/not the greatest dental insurance he did not make me feel unworthy or less than deserving of his time or treatment in any way nor did his staff. My experience was terrific!! I highly recommend them! The office was very clean, sanitary, and quite lovely! Oh yeah and you don't have to wait 100 yrs for an appt. like some of doctors!! Dr.Abrahams is awesome!

Visits To Howel Family Dental are always a pleasure. From the moment you enter, being greeted by Karen & Christina, to the accommodating and caring service I receive from the hygienist and Dr. Abraham, it's always a pleasant experience.

Made appointment for my daughter, gave her D.O.B. over the phone, explained to couple operators that she is in pain and needs appointment ASAP, waited couple weeks, came to the appointment and was told that Dr. Will not see children her age!!!. Will not trust the office that is so irresponsible to take care of my family members health. Extremely irresponsible attitude.

I DO NOT recommend anyone at all go to this dentist. My first issue with them is that I had a standard cleaning done. Not only did I wait over an hour to be called in when I already had an appointment, but after the cleaning was done I had bruising all around my teeth. I was not able to drink anything cold or remotely cold for a week and tooth sensitivity is something I have NEVER had. The hygienist stabbed my gums multiple times while doing the cleaning. The water that they use was also all over my shirt dripping down my back and got my hair wet as well. After this cleaning I thought I would give this place another go as I had cavities that needed to be filled. I recently switched insurances and not once did the front desk people tell me that I would have to pay anything for the cavities being filled. Not when I booked the appointment, and not before they started the work. They waited until everything was said and done and told me I had to pay almost $150! I do not recommend this place at all. Bad business all around.

They gave me a root canal 6 years ago, they never did it properly. I went to a different dentist who told me it wasn't done properly and now I need the tooth pulled. They won't pull it and told me I don't have a leg to stand on, we're extremely rude and told me it was my fault that I was in the 5% of root canals gone wrong. They also say the dentist doesn't work there so it isn't their responsibility. Won't even get into the overly charged rude manager at the front desk. Biggest jerk of a dentist I've ever met. They're ruined 6 years of my life making me think I'm crazy and the pain must be from my neck because they assured me they did their job. Very frustrating.

First visit and pretty sure my last. Both the woman doing my xrays and the dentist made me feel really uncomfortable and I wish I had walked out. I'm mad at myself for letting myself be disrespected like that and staying till the end. Seemed more interested in what they could bill my insurance for.

BEWARE Don't go to this dentist if you have pain. Or don't have a half of day to kill. Been coming here a few years and it's always a problem you can be IN Bad pain and wait months for an appointment and then when you get there be prepared to wait an hour and sometimes more. They lack communication. Needed a form signed by my doctor but never said anything to me the last appointment when they said I need to have antibiotics witch they never gave me an rx for and sent me home. I went to my primary who said I did not need them but gave them to me anyway. I then had a tooth brake and could not get another appointment for a month. So now I have several problems that they have not resolved and when I went in needed my doctors information to send a form out. Why could they not tell me that in the last 2 months. I could have had my doctor sign it and send it to them. I waited 2 hours and could not wait any longer and had to walk out. Avoid this place unless you have nothing but time and like to be in pain. The worst Dentist ever I rather drive further then ever go to this dentist again.
