Nice clean practice however went on for a dental cleaning and were told I had these other issues, they get you you into all these additional expenses that other dentist give you the option as to when you're ready. My son also went in for a dental cleaning and they give him a list of dental issue including telling him about a filing which he never has. At the end of the visit he had to pay for all the X-ray and doctor visit and wasn't able to get his teeth clean because they were trying to stick him with a commitment that wasn't necessary at the time! Don't rob ppl!!

It's expensive but people is very kind, explain to you everything, make good diagnostics and no get in a rush. If you can afford it I recommend them. Update: Well, now some months passed and I have many procedures here (deep cleaning, a crown, a wisdom tooth extraction and a root canal), it's a bit expensive but they accept my insurance and that made things easier. I'm satisfied with all the results and with the kindness. Dr Elvin and all his team make me feels calm during procedure and for me that is very important. Highly recommended

I am fairly new in the area and I truly believe I found my new dental home. I was with the same dentist for 15 years because he was great and thought I was not going to find a comparable place. I think I did.

I wanted to share my experience as I've personally worked as a dental assistant for many years and I firmly disagree with the approach this office has. Seeing as cash pay patients are already at a disadvantage you'd imagine that your dental office would not attempt to rack up any extra charges possible. I was told I'd have an initial exam, x-rays, cleaning for a set price last year. That certainly didn't occur. I let that go though in hopes this was not another greedy dental office. Today I was called to be advised that my NORMAL six month dental cleaning appointment on Tuesday was not just that; once again the office expected me to pay three times the amount I agreed to UPON MAKING THIS APPOINTMENT. The lady told me "we must do this annually", well, I have records showing it has not been a full 12 months since my X-Rays. I explained I have only had one normal dental cleaning within the last 12 months, this being my scheduled second cleaning. I then explained I'm paying cash and I'd prefer to schedule my X-Rays once it's been A FULL 12 months; annually means once a year, not once every ten months. With a history of working in the dental field, I can first hand say that this type of treatment is why patients skip seeing the dentist. It should be about helping each patient instead of charging and forcing fees that are not technically even deemed appropriate time wise. If I make a dental cleaning appointment at my 10-11 month milestone, there's absolutely NO reason to expect me to then add in the once a year check up prior to it being 12 months. I would stay far away from this place. FOR THE RECORD - it's only been 10 months since my last X-Ray appointment, pretty bad on their end for pretending it's been a full 12 months. Greed will kill any business in any industry.

Not happy with this practice. I did get an appointment quickly for what I thought was a bad cavity which turned out to be a cracked tooth. I informed them from the start that I didn't have insurance. They were nice enough and the office was clean but something just didn't click with me. Anyway, the exam went fine then I was informed that the person who does the cleanings was out due to a sudden emergency, they would need to schedule the cleaning for a later date. That's fine, I was more worried about the cracked tooth. I was then told the fix would be $1700.00 and I would also need deep root cleaning. I was kind of surprised as I use an electric tooth brush, a water pick and mouthwash consistently but due to covid its been awhile since my last dental cleaning. Due to the cost I had to hold off. Fast forward about six months my tooth broke. I decided to find another dentist and so glad I did. I didn't need a root canal but did need a crown. This dentist was awesome and fixed me tooth for way less than $1700.00 and guess what, I didn't need a deep root cleaning just a good standard cleaning. And by this time I had insurance and this honest dentist didn't even try to use up all the available benefits in one visit!

I wouldn't go back/ recommend. I've never been told I needed Invisalign, but all of a sudden I needed it. I only came in for any annual visit and I had to say no multiple times to expensive treatment. I'm sure they get commission from patients that get the Invisalign. I did not feel heard whatsoever when I was with the dentist. If I had concerns on closing my minuscule gaps, I would say something. They don't even give you a chance to talk. If you want to feel like just another number, go here.

The team is a well-oiled machine, but very cordial and warm. One could not ask for better service from every single staff member. Their knowledge & equipment are the best & latest. Starting at the top, with a dentist who really knows his stuff and really delivers value for each patient, every technical staffer is outstanding. They are informative and patient with all questions. They put their patient's needs first. I wholeheartedly recommend this practice to those who care about their teeth in the short AND long term.

We all know how long it takes to see a new dentist. I made an appointment here. They said they take my insurance. Almost two months later, the day before my appointment, they text me that they no longer take my insurance. Why not have some common decency and CALL not TEXT the week the appointment was made? Incredibly unprofessional!!!!

The personnel in here is extremely nice and very helpful. They will explain everything to your satisfaction. Dr Ramirez and the rest of the staff are stupendous. Everything was immaculately clean. A definite recommend. And coming from me who hates dentists speaks volumes.

I had an emergency tooth problem basically this tooth needed to go like a year ago if not more , it finally broke today to the point of actually the nerve being out .. these guys squeezed me in and did everything to help me out today! they were able to get the tooth out and do a bone graft as well as a implant , super quickly , they were really nice and attentive and gave me a blanket and glasses for the light , 12 out of 10 I will literally only go here from now on!

Overpriced, rude, and uninformative. Get a second opinion!

Told I have 8+ cavities with recommendation for braces / Invisalign. Cleaning was uncomfortable as I had sensitivity on my upper left molar. Received another consultation indicating I have 0 cavities, do not need braces or Invisalign, and the sensitivity was cause by brushing to hard. Treatment: fluoride was placed on tooth and pain sufficed within hours. I would not recommend this dentist to friends or family as I would have had multiple unnecessary procedures completed.
