Dr. Howard moved to Lancaster with his family in 2002 and has worked diligently to establish the regions premier orthodontic practice. His focus on clinical excellence has led to continuous improvements in the standard of orthodontic care.

After his training at the University of Pennsylvania, Dr. Howard attended his orthodontic residency at the University of Rochester in New York where he was also awarded a Ph.D. in Developmental Biology.

Dr. Howard's orthodontic practice is the place to go for the latest technology. The office is extremely clean and up to date. Not to mention he has a rotating rock wall in the reception area to climb while you wait! Every single team member takes the extra steps to make sure your visits are a success. The entire team is caring and sensitive to our needs, they go above and beyond. My daughter goes there and was a bit anxious, but Dr. Howard is very friendly and welcoming (also funny) that she looks forward to her appointments now. I have personally worked in the dental profession for 25 years and highly recommend "Howard Orthodontics" for your needs!

They are seriously the best! They are super innovative and use the best. They just put brius on me and the assistant held my 4 month old baby for almost 2 hours while they put them on. They walked me through everything and kept asking if I was doing okay. I would recommend anyone to go there!

I had a wire bottom retainer placed about 15-20 years ago. A few years ago the glue needed redone in a few places by SBz but it did not last. A call to Dr Howard's staff, explaining that I no longer had an orthodontist I could go to. The staff immediately met with the orthodontist, came up with a plan for me and made me an appointment. The office is not what I expected inside; it is bursting with happy people and lots of patients. I may not have orthodontics anymore but I would absolutely recommend, based on my nonpayment experience, for anyone to give this place a try. I had nothing but an absolute great experience with the entire team from start to finish.

My daughter was 8 when we started coming to Dr. Howard. We were referred by our dentist for a free consultation which was great. The staff was so kind & they gave a very thorough consultation that we have been coming ever since. My daughter's teeth was a project and Dr Howard and his staff worked out an excellent payment plan & her teeth turned out GREAT. I would recommend Dr. Howard and his staff to anyone. We are on our second round of braces with our son & I have no doubts his teeth will turn out as beautiful as my daughters. I give Dr. Howard and his staff a tripple A for an orthodontist.
