Dr. Levitt has been my family dentist for over 40 years. I'm 79 years old and because of the care of Dr Levitt and his staff I still have all my own teeth.

The people are super nice and friendly but sadly I will not be returning again. I was convinced to do a procedure I didn't need and I am still experiencing pain weeks later. I wouldn't be surprised if the doctor is retiring soon anyway and I wish them all the best.

Thank you so much for a very pleasant first visit! You all made me feel completely at ease. I tend to feel anxiety before a dentist visit, especially when I'm starting with a new dentist. See you in six months. :)

When I first went to see Dr. Levitt in 2020, my impression of him was that he was going to be very knowledgeable and professional as he has been in the field for many years. He also had great bedside manner which is very important to me. Unfortunately, that was not the case at all. My first appointment was just a check up taking X-rays. I mentioned a tooth on the upper left that was a bit rough that most likely just needed to smooth off, which Dr. Levitt agreed. My follow up appointment included a cleaning with a hygienist along with the smoothing off dental work Dr. Levitt would be doing. There was something that the hygienist could not use since it was the pandemic time, which I understood. However, what I cannot comprehend was how the cleaning was not done properly. I absolutely did not have that clean feeling in my mouth you're supposed to have after visiting the dentist, which I go yearly. I always floss my teeth after every meal, and use an electric plaque cleaner at night, so my teeth is getting a much better clean when it is done myself at home. The hygienist basically wasted both of our times. Next, instead of smoothing off the tooth on the upper left, Dr. Levitt started numbing a tooth on the upper right, which is directly symmetrical to the left one he was supposed to be working on. I knew something was wrong as soon he started numbing, but I gave benefit of the doubt since he's the professional. However, as soon as he started drilling, I knew definitely something was wrong. When I finally got a chance to ask him, he stepped outside to check the X-rays. When he came back he told me that there was a hole. Firstly, if there was a hole, that should have been stated at my prior appointment so I would be aware that we would also be working on that tooth. Secondly, I believe he was just covering himself as it was a PERFECTLY, GOOD TOOTH that he just drilled into. Anyways, he continued to work on the tooth and he must have drilled too deep since I've had sensitivity for a year and a half. Now, in January 2022, it was necessary to get a root canal on that same tooth as it was giving me too much pain where it shoots up to my nerves. Lastly, he did end up "smoothing" off the upper left tooth, but it was done horribly, since it is still rough! I had high hopes for Dr. Levitt and his team, but unfortunately it was a complete failure. I was hesitant on leaving such a review, but decided that I needed to share my experience. Especially after the essential root canal on a good tooth that gave no problems to begin with. Even after the root canal, I am still experiencing sensitivity, and may need to completely extract the tooth. Dr. Levitt not only drilled to deep, but broke the tooth on the side. Instead of a filling on the inside, it turned into a "L" filling. This is turning into a huge issue, and I will have to take necessary legal action.

Everyone that works in that office is so friendly caring and genuine. Dr. Levitt and his staff are wonderful!! I wish I never wasted my money or my family's time going to another dentist in Brookfield that was strictly a sales person she didn't really care About her patients she was always trying to sell something. Dr. Levitt is a true professional that truly cares about his patients.
