A Chicago native, Dr. Howard Blivaiss, received his Bachelors in Chemistry and Dental Degrees at the University of Illinois. He has been in the North side of Chicago practicing General Dentistry for the Entire Family for over 30 years. Dr. Blivaiss is a member of the Chicago Dental Society, Illinois State Dental Society, American Dental Association, and the Academy for General Dentistry. He and his family reside in the area and are active members of the community.
