Just went for a consult with Dr.German. This doc has horrific bedside manner. He is condescending and judgemental after sharing medical history with possible patient. He is terrible, ignorant and arrogant. There are many other qualified people who can remove wisdom teeth.

Both our kids had wisdom teeth removal with Dr. German. Everyone in the office was fantastic and I have recommended this practice to many friends. If you need oral surgery in HoCo, this is the place to got.

I don't usually write google reviews but this is a lovely office and the doctor was very thorough with explaining what was going on. I needed an emergency extraction and was seen the same day. 10/10 recommend

Really appreciate everyone in the office. All are very helpful and professional. My husband got surgery with Dr. Neil. Even it was a bit complicated case, everything went very smoothly. Very good experience!

I needed an appointment with an oral surgeon on an emergency basis for my mother-in-law and after calling several practices I found an appointment here the very next day. Dr. German was very thorough in giving us the details of the oral surgery that was going to take place. It was done without any complication and my MIL recovered very soon. The entire office staff from the front office to others at the back office were very cooperative and caring.

I recently visited Dr. German last month for a small surgery. He is the best Doctor that I know in US. He was caring. He is in the medical profession not for money but for the love of caring for patients. During my initial visit, he listed all the options with pros and cons. He then gave me his recommendation but asked me to make final option. After the treatment, he sent me a personal note to reinforce his commitment to his patients. If you need a Dental Surgeon, Dr. German is the best person for you. Remember, Wale your brother from another mother say so.

I cannot say enough about the excellent services I was provided at this facility. At my consultations Dr. German explained the details of my procedures in a calm, reassuring manner and patiently answered all my questions. Dr. German and all of his staff are friendly, helpful and compassionate which made me feel that I was in the very best of hands. Thank you everyone!

Brought out newborn to Dr. Neil for a tongue tie release. He ONLY addressed our daughter's anterior tie and did not recognize that she also has a posterior tie. Current research clearly indicates that in the majority of cases where there is an anterior one that's causing issues there is also a posterior one. As if that wasn't enough, despite me asking several times to please also check for a lip tie (which our daughter also had) he dismissed me and stated that lip ties don't affect breastfeeding. They do! Very much so. In fact they're often the major culprit for painful nursing. The third disturbing occurrence was that I was not allowed in the room during the procedure!!! I had to leave my less than 1 week old alone with a stranger. Sleep deprived me did not think to advocate to stay, which is causing significant guilt now. After putting our newborn through this pointless procedure and wasting close to $800, we had to put her through a lip and tongue release again. Thankfully it was done by a very knowledgeable ENT who takes insurance and all worked out.

Great service - I had to have 3 extractions and they were very professional, put me under, no recollection of the procedure and minimal post pain. They did give Rx's for the pain so I was prepared for the worst and it was good to know that I had heavier pain meds if needed. Good aftercare also.

Great experience with this business, and this is me the morning after having a tooth extracted at their location! Admin/all staff were pleasant and friendly (special shout out to Dave), Dr. Niel was great and happy to explain everything, and the procedure was over in no time. Most importantly, I believe they are an honest business as they could have recommended additional work (and I was already considering it) which would have netted them plenty of money, but recommended against it. This was the first time I was nervous visiting a dentist or other dental specialist, but the process was better than expected and while I hope never to have to return, I would return to this business in the future for sure.

WOW ! If I could give Dr German and his team more than 5 Stars I would! On 11-01-2020 I had an upper molar #02 extraction! A few days before I had an evaluation with Dr German and his wonderful staff. Everything was explained to me! Friendly, professional Dr German and team made me feel at ease, especially on the day of procedure! This was my first experience with an Oral surgeon and it was painless, I actually felt good! I would highly recommend Dr German and staff! Note this was my first time meeting Dr German and staff!

Dr. Niel and his staff all helped in making this as good an experience as is possible when one is having her teeth pulled. Highly professional staff, an office that feels "safe" in these difficult times, and Dr. Niel's reassuring, easy-going personality all reinforced the rave recommendations that led me here. I highly recommend this practice!
