...DON'T waste your time. NOT very efficient in explaining what work I needed. Also, way too expensive there. Looks like they're only used to dealing with people who can afford lots to be paid out of pocket. DDS seems very prejudice. Reported his behavior for license/business reasons.

Really good experience as they straightened my teeth with invisalign and then replaced 5 missing teeth with implants. All that was done without taking any impressions. All i had to do is open my mouth and the doctor filmed my mouth with a special scanner. Such an easy process with great results!

Hygienist is excellent. Doctors and staff are amazing I come here for many years. They do beautiful work. I had implants and cosmetic work done here, and i am very happy with the results

Great experience. Had my teeth straightened out with invisalign invisible braces here. It took less than 6 months. My teeth look beautiful. I have a gag reflex and could not take impressions for the invisalign But this dental office uses digital technology and I didn't have to do impressions. Fantastic! Highly recommended

I had a horrible experience with this dentist office yeah when you walk in and talk to everyone they all seem so nice and reassuring ....but very shady and unprofessional people work here don't trust the great reviews it's only to reel you in and once you start a procedure with them they with inevitably come up with some other dental issues for you so they can tag on more charges$$$. The doctor's at this office are really not for the patients well being but just care how much money they can squeeze out of each patient

Amazing experience. Got several implants done here. The doctors are outstanding and reall knowledgeable. A periodontist comes from Manhattan to place the implants. Then the other doctor restores it with implant crowns 6 month later. Just a simple well established process. No complications whatsoever. Everybody is on the same page and know what they are doing. Great staff. Highly recommended

I've been coming here for a couple years. The service is great. Today I got a root canal and it was such a pleasant experience! The endodontist was so pleasant. The reviews about the insurance and unneeded proceedures are nonsense because she was trying to not give me one unnecessarily. Turns out I did need one and I didn't feel a thing. I never knew a root canal could be so pleasant! The hygienist is great (susan?)! She cleans teeth well and I always feel gods after I leave her. Ariel is chatty and friendly! I did have a couple of issues with appointment times over the years but nothing crazy and it was always resolved. The general dentist is good too! Though I don't need to see him much. I also saw the periodontist and had gum surgery. It went well! I was supposed to get cleanings every 3 month but with COVID I couldn't but I'm back on track now. New manger Ritzy is nice and Rosie and the other young lady at the front desk are always sweet. Great office.

Ever since I started coming here I've always felt welcomed as well as my family when they come in. All doctors are amazing & the staff is always very welcoming & professional. They make you feel at home. I usually don't leave reviews but since I came from another dental office that no where near compares to this one I definitely feel like giving credit when credit is due. ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT as well as VERY SANITARY !

I started going to this dentist last year around February for a lengthy process of work to fix my teeth. Most not covered by my insurance, causing me to pay out of pocket costs associated in the sum of nearly $12,000. We started the work right away & then the office closed due to covid. Since reopening the office manager Dimitri and the surgeon Scott Rothenberg had been fired or quit under suspicious circumstances. When the work I payed for upfront wasn't completed and I was owed a large amount of money back, each dentist played the blame game! Dr. Jacobs said i had to get my money from his former employee Dr. Scott Rothenberg! Dr. Rothenberg said I had to get my money from Dr. Jacobs! BUT The point is I went to THIS dentist office! Howard beach dental association! I payed Dr. Jacobs Staff at his location of business so why can't I get my money back? On top of this they will over charge, double charge YOU and the insurance company at the same time and get payed twice! Not to mention they will also do tricky things like make you provide payment on the way out of the office right after undergoing anesthesia! Now, after thinking things were settled with this office I recently received a bill from a lab they used and didn't pay with the money I payed them. I should not have gotten this bill as I'd already paid. The office is NOT up to date, Dr. Jacobs is very unfriendly and unprofessional, his staff are shady and it was a horrible experience! Moral of this story is don't go here!! I went to aspen dental for the rest of my work...ended up having to pay them for the same procedures Howard beach Dental was paid for - money they kept and never returned. There are better choices than this place, don't waste your time! I will be taking Dr. Jacobs dental office to court along with his former employees and Dr. Scott Rothenburg. In response to the dentist response. Im sure I'm not confused in anyway about my experience with this office! Also, They didn't even address all the other issues I had with the dentist office.. so I'm confused and the person In another bad review are lying... how convenient. Excuses to me!

BE AWARE !!!! They have committed insurance fraud they billed my insurance for an implant and bone graft that I never received. They continue to bill for services even though I have not been in two months. I have reported them for fraud.

Fantastic experience in this dental office. I had 9 implants placed and restored. Everything was very organized. Doctors are incredibly well knowledged and very experienced. I felt comfortable through the whole process. The staff is very polite. The place is a big and safe office with a lot of antivirus precautions. I highly recommend it.

Absolutely, deplorable customer service. Very nasty staff. Refuses to correct their own mistakes. The dentist are only about money and the office is in total chaos. One hand has no idea what the other is doing. Complete disaster. Do not use this place.

This is a great place if you are looking for some beautiful cosmetic results. I came in with some old crowns that looked horrible, and the doctor replaced them with porcelain crowns that look absolutely stunning. I get compliments every day on my new smile. Very clean, spacious office, which is more important than ever in these times. They put Safety first !
