Dr. Stern graduated from NYU College of Dentistry in 2002. Prior to studying at Dental School, he graduated from Queens College with honors. He completed his residency in the Department of Dentistry and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Woodhull Medical Center. Dr. Stern has been practicing for 5 years. Since he began practicing dentistry, Dr. Stern has kept up to date on many continuing educational classes, ensuring that his patients receive the most comprehensive and advanced dental care.

I wouldn't recommend persons of color to this Dental practice after i called to make an appointment for initial screening and was told they didn't accept my insurance this was a lie my insurance assured me they did and called them to inform once I went to the office for the screening and xrays. No Dentist was actually on premises but procedures were being performed it took 2 hours for the xrays to be done and i had to wait furthermore they gave me 3 appointments on three separate occasions for the same follow up witch they canceled each time because according to them couldn't make it to the office because he was on Vacation why make the appointment. I don't recommend this Dental practice

Great doctor very gentle. Always a good experience here I wish I could of stayed with this dentist but he doesn't take affinity health plan anymore . My husband thinks he is awesome too.

The most unorganized dental practice I've ever seen. One issue after the next. Staff will just make up reasons why they need to cancel. Cancels often. Takes weeks to get a return call sometimes. Dr has no bedside manner and is all about the money. Best advice... find a reputable and good dentist rather than one who just creates issue after issue. Also very risky, does not explain procedures correctly. Zero stars

I had a dental emergency over the holiday weekend and the dentist worked me in. He has great manners and care. Although I needed something that he was nor able to provide he connected me to the oral surgeon and scheduled me back in 2 weeks. I have an insane fear of dentist but he is the best!!

Explained everything to me clearly so I knew what was going on, and had a very kind and careful bedside manner - he checked several times if I was having any pain (I was not). Did not jump automatically to the most expensive treatment option, explained how we could try a less invasive procedure first and see how it goes.

I was looking for an implant specialist but to my surprise only found a young inexperienced doctor Stern in that office. There are no specialists there. This is not the real howard beach dental.
