Came in to have a filling replaced because I was having sensitivity in that tooth. I still have the sensitivity to cold and occasionally when biting down but now also have awful sensitivity to heat in this tooth and the tooth next to it which I never had before. I waited more than three weeks to review incase the nerve just needed to settle. The filling is also rough, not smooth like my other fillings, whether or not that is related to the pain, it indicates a lack of care. Also, the plastic stuff that smells like glue that they put on your tooth after the filling all peeled off the very day I got the filling. Little pieces of clear plastic just kept coming off in my mouth. What a costly mistake. There were also lack of transparency issues with the staff when making the appointment. All in all not a great experience. edit - Dr. Silver contacted me (in response to this review) to tell me he was thorough and possible reasons for pain. (He also said the tooth next to the one where the filling was replaced wouldn't be affected. So I must be imagining the burning pain from hot foods touching that tooth that started the day of the filling?) Perhaps if I gave him the opportunity, he could fix it. But frankly, after leaving with more pain than I had before, I am scared to go back in and numb up and risk it again. I will try my luck elsewhere. The dentist has many positive reviews my sole bad experience is just one but nonetheless valid.

Dr. Silver is an excellent and caring dentist, after making an office visit he calls me to make sure I am doing well. I know my insurance is probably not the easiest to work with but he makes sure to do the best work and to communicate the best treatment plan. Thank you for you care!

Dr. Silver is literally the best dentist I ever been to. Extremely knowledgeable and PATIENT!!! His staff is always so welcoming & sweet. He walks you through ever step he's taking and he is very soft handed I never feel any discomfort while he's working in my teeth. So glad I found his office.

I was referred this dental office. They are so nice and welcoming. I like that the office is brand new and they have new technology options for everyone. He is very nice and helpful with everything. My only complaint and they they charged me extra for services that they shouldn't be as I have insurance.

This clinic make you confused!!! I was put appointment at Monday 5pm. Also they made me be sure that my insurance would be work with them. Someone on the other line confirmed me will come to the first consultation on time above. When I came a lady in front desk said that I am not on the list and my insurance not acceptable with them. They just make your confused and they lie, just to waist your time and energy to come there. Looks like fishing a clients Howard clinic send me email confirmation that they said it's late. I sent them Monday 9:18am, but when I came at 5pm lady said it's late! Be careful with then when you make appointment. And the lady at the front desk (7/18/22 5pm.) even didn't apologized. That's so unprofessional!!!

Dr. Silver is truly an excellent dentist: courteous, competent, patient, and thorough. All of his staff are wonderful and easy to talk to, and the office is well-run and very organized.

By far the best dentist ive been to. Staff is amazing nice and very helpful , as for Dr. Silver he did a amazing job takes his time for a cavity filling great job , Very professional .. I Recommened this place to my brother he also loves it . Great team !! Keep it up

This is my 4th time visiting Dr. Silver's office and I am more than pleased that he is my dentist. He is very patient and listens to your concerns with compassion. I can't say enough about his staff. His front desk staff are very kind and competent!! Katherine is very welcoming, efficient and friendly! It is very difficult to find even one of those traits and she has them all! Finally, there is Margaret. She is absolutely amazing. Before, during and after my cleaning she remained attentive to my teeth sensitivity and displayed sincere compassion giving me short breaks, checking in with me and slightly modifying how she cleaned around the sensitive areas of my teeth. Everyone thus far has been top notch but Margaret is the reason why I will continue to drive 1.5hrs to get my annual check-ups and cleanings! Also, be it known that they adhere strictly to COVID guidelines and implement all precautions to keep everyone safe!

I wanted to take the time to give Dr.silver and his staff a review that is well deserved . Dr.silver is so kind , helpful , informative but most importantly PATIENT. I have extreme anxiety at any dentist but it helps when you're in good hands . When someone is understanding of your concerns (anxiety) and kind . Today was my third visit and I made it through lol . Thank you again ! The front desk staff is always kind when I come in as well. Catherine and Monica were very nice ! Be back soon :)

Great stuff they accommodated me even if I didn't had an appointment, I went as emergency. Turn out he has to pull out my molar , I was scare about the pain but it the doctor was so delicate and fast that only thing I was feeling it was the pressure. 8 hours later I m here typing with no pain and happy to finally feel normal again , Thanks doctor and thanks to your welcoming and helpful people that works around you .

Dr Silver get the job done but we've had sererval misundersrtanding and payment problem with worker quoting the wrong price and unprofessional ethics. He have need to wanna be right all the time and combat with his customer to make his point. Horrible customer service. If you're looking to have this kind of relation with your dentist than he is your man. I will never return.

Great Dentist. Went here for cleaning. They even gave a free bag of goodies (toothpaste, toothbrush, floss, and mouthwash). Couldn't have been better.

Best dentist I have ever been I highly recommended it. Dr. Silver is such a kind person with so much care always making sure the person he is handling is taken care at the best possible. I highly recommend it to you.
