The staff is horrible and very unprofessional. The dr is very money hungry very cheap but wants us to pay too dollar for services on things he paid $3 for. Would not recommend. They are low staff and the lady who seems to be a manager, turns out is not a manager. I should've knew bc it was out there in Ben taub

I had all 4 wisdom teeth extracted at this place, recently my top two, it was fast and simple scheduling. I recovered very quickly and haven't had any complications. Also loved the staff, they made my experience run smoothly. Day 3 and they called to check up on my recovery :)

I had all four of my wisdom tooth pulled out the same day after scheduling my appointment a day before. I felt no pain and was actually able to eat a piece of KFC chicken after even though it's not advised. I had no idea when the surgery took place. They were so fast and efficient when they told me they were done I was surprised. I took my time to make sure no side effect before giving my review. It is a little pricey but so worth it. My Nigerian fambam well this is a location your name won't be pronounced all shades of wrong. Great service all in all.

Scheduling is horrible between the two locations (Sugar land & Medical center). Seems as if the two locations have merged to using the same scheduling system that is not yet in sync- resulting in multiple bookings and calls to ask clients to reschedule due to scheduling conflicts on their end. Positive, the Med center office is nice and conveniently location in that area.

Had my wisdom teeth removed today & was freaking out about the IV & they were really calm and helped me through it, Dr, Johnson does amazing work! I really have no pain and I'm healing already really fast. Super grateful i found this place, amazing assistants super sweet!

This place does do good work. But like a commentor on Yelp said they do not go out of their way to help you with refunds once your insurance pays. They definitely are more expensive than some other places which is fine since they do good work, but their team does not help you with refunds and simply state that "the person who handles it isn't in the office". When I asked if I could speak to a manger, I was told that the manager couldn't help me either. So great - the one Billings person isn't there and neither can the manager, who should be over all of these features, help me either. So while my post seems a bit unfair, for some of us having to wait now going on over 3 months is a huge issue since we all have bills. Likewise, my insurance said one of the checks had been cashed by Houston oral surgery center, but HOS has no record of it when I called about my refund. Definitely seems a little strange. To date, I haven't received a single call either about the "investigation" into my refund either and the missing checks/cashed checks. This is going on 3-4 weeks. I would highly suggest finding an office where they work more than past 3 pm and where the office is willing to work with you.

I'm amazed at my experience here. I had all four wisdom teeth taken out on Friday. Bottom two were impacted. Today is Sunday, and I still have almost no swelling and virtually no pain. The staff was super friendly and really helped me calm down since I was very nervous going into it. Very professional and skilled.

Great place and great staff. Dr. Cohen is a very knowledgeable, thorough, kind and caring specialist. The staff is outstanding and very friendly. I had three of my wisdom teeth removed and I was well informed about the entire procedure and the follow-up process. From the beginning I had no doubt I was in very good hands. Thank you, Dr. Cohen.

Professional, efficient, caring. Consult and post op follow up performed by Dr. Cohen, surgery performed by Dr. L.T. Johnson. I had 4 wisdom teeth extracted. I was admittedly a bit nervous. I was checked in on schedule. The entire staff was caring and knowledgeable and put me at ease. As far as the procedure: anesthesia was done perfectly. Nurses and techs were all patient, caring, and great at what they do. It felt like Only 5 minutes had passed when close to an hour had gone by. The whole procedure was painless and I'm on the road to recovery. Dr. Johnson checked on me in recovery- he has excellent bedside manner. Received a follow up call fron Dr. Cohen later that evening and he took the time to answer all my questions. This is the place to go if you need oral surgery. My highest recommendations to Houston Oral Surgery and Dental Implant Center. Thank you.

My visit here was wonderful! All of the staff was extremely friendly and sincere. I attend college and Dallas but needed to visit for an emergency and they have been calling to check up on me and have answered all of my questions. I will be going here for any other dental work in the future and will all refer all of my friends as well!

Best experience I have ever had. I had 4 wisdom teeth extracted and the process was so easy with the most minimal discomfortz The staff is so professional and friendly and Dr Cohen is the best oral surgeon in Houston.
