The staff was very professional and helpful. I had a wisdom teeth extraction at my regular dentist office that had some complications, so I was referred to Dr Moya and staff. The wisdom teeth extraction was seamless and had an easy recovery!

I had my wisdom teeth removed a few months ago & I paid my $500 deductible. My insurance refunded me part of the money and it is currently held by Houston Oral Surgery. I have called 3 times in the past 2 months and I'm left with an excuse "Can I call you monday and give you the money then?" or "My boss is busy right now can she call you tomorrow?" This place is extemely unprofessional and would not recommend to anyone. Still don't have my money, very confused why they are being so shady.

The front office staff are top notch! I am always warmly greeted when I arrive and they do a great job to be flexible with your schedule. The dental staff put me at ease during my procedure and Dr. Maida did an amazing job. He even took the time to call me after my procedure to see how I was doing! I whole heartedly recommend this practice to anyone looking for excellent service and top notch results!

They are absolutely amazing and the two women I worked with (Kayla and Crystal) were so helpful and got me in for a consult the same day. So thankful for them working so hard to fit me in so I can get relief from the awful tooth pain. My husband has also been coming here for years. They have always been kind, make sure you are comfortable, and make the process smooth and seamless...from insurance to the day of your procedure. We could go on forever about how wonderful they are!

Words cannot express how thankful I am for Dr. Moya and his incredibly skilled, knowledgeable, and dedicated team. The day of my consultation, his team help put me at ease. Dr. Moya made sure to go into great detail about my treatment plan, options, and not let me leave with any questions unanswered. The coordinator who scheduled my procedure was very accommodating to my complicated schedule and did everything she could to get me the perfect time/date. The day of surgery everyone welcomed me in, knowing every detail of my case, they prepped me explaining step-by-step what was happening and what to expect. Once the surgery was over they called my mom in, giving her my post-surgery care plan and answering all the questions she had. On the third day (5am on a Sunday!) I did have swelling and extreme pain so I called the after hours number. Dr. Moya immediately called me back but by then I had reread my post-care notes which explained the process of swelling options to help treat it. Today, day 7, I walked back into his office for my post-surgery visit and there was my amazing surgical team, proudly waiting on me and celebrating my amazing recovery. Dentists are scary and surgeons aren't any better... especially as an adult... but this teams standard of care is beyond exemplary. From the receptions to the surgeon - I fully recommend this team and although I hope to not need any surgery in the near future, I would love to have a team this friendly and committed working on me. Thank you again Dr. Moya and your amazing team!

I had the best experience with Dr. Moya and staff! Everyone is very helpful and friendly, I was always able to speak with an office staff member on the phone or leave a voicemail to hear back from them shortly. I never had to wait in the waiting room for very long at all. Staff walked me through any questions I had and were very understanding and compassionate during recovery. Dr. Moya performed excellently on my surgery, I never experienced any extra pain after surgery, I know some Doctors forget patients aren't going to be numb forever, however Dr. Moya and assistants were very gentle and caring. I would refer family to Dr. Moya any day, I would do it all over again. I have nothing but great words to say about this office, I will definitely refer patients, family, and friends!!

Exceptional service by Dr. Moya and the staff! They helped me feel at ease and the procedure went well. My recovery was speedy, overall it was a great experience. Trust me when I say, they will take great care of you from the moment they answer the phone to schedule your appointment to the moment you are recovering after your surgery. I would definitely recommend them!

Dr Maida and his staff are so helpful, empathetic and caring. They worked me into the schedule given a situation I was in. My original surgeon ended up finally giving me a surgery date and had insurance ready to go, so I had to cancel our consult, but I will recommend this office to anyone just based on how they have been prior to even stepping foot in the office. I did not get her name but she is getting married in March same as me, answered the phone, she was very helpful and talked to Dr Maida for me.

Thank you Dr. Maida to you and your wonderful staff from the front desk to the surgical staff to the billing. My visit and my surgery was a great experience. I was evaluated, explained the up coming procedure, set up for surgery, and checked on after by you, your nurse and again by another nurse. Everyone in the office is sweet, well informed and patient focused. My consult, extraction and follow up were all handled with minimal wait time and with my comfort in mind. The doctor called personally the evening of surgery to check-in and the office was great at confirming, following up and answering all my questions.

Carla, Leticia, Anna & Dr. Moya!!! THANK YOU!!! Thank each and every one for your genuine concern and care. I was greeted by name each and every time I came into the office (THANK you Keri) ... I had to reschedule my appointment several times (THANK you Terry we are now best friends lol) I used to have a paralyzing fear of the dentist but no more .. the energy and vibe is very relaxing and calming. Houston Oral Surgery Associates is THE first dental office that I have not cried in... and I've cried at simple cleanings. I cannot express enough how good it feels to walk into a dentist office and not be in fear! Thank you!

While it's never fun to have a tooth removed I have to share that my experience with Dr. Maida and his staff was excellent. After a visit to the regular dentist, I was referred to Dr. Maida for an extraction. The office was able to fit me in the next day and perform a consultation and the extraction in one visit. Dr. Maida reviewed and confirmed the diagnosis then explained the procedure and anesthesia options. Everything went as expected, the discomfort was minimal and after a few days I was just fine. I would recommend Dr. Maida and will not hesitate to see him again should the need arise. Mike

Dr. Moya showed me no empathy. Do not go here. When I arrived, patients were at the front desk complaining how long they had been waiting. One actually left because of it. He didn't believe me when I said no dentist had suggested I get my wisdom teeth out before seeing him. He kept saying, "No one ever told you to get these out?" He didn't believe me when I said no. He looked at the x-rays and say, "Oh yeah, you are going to loose two teeth." He was so callous and dismissive. I was there for a consult. My dentist confirmed that this was not a issue when I had gotten x-rays done previously.

I would like to stress how AMAZING this entire staff was with my experience on Tuesday, April 27th. I deal with extreme anxiety when it comes to dental procedures and Dr. Maida was very attentive before and after my surgery. He made me feel like more than just another patient. Each of the staff members treated me extremely pleasant and they are great with following up and providing detailed explanations when needed. The office was clean and everyone practiced safety by wearing proper masks. The overall service I received was efficient, professional, and welcoming.

This was the best experience I've ever had with a dentist. The staff went above and beyond to help me and my mother. My mother is terrified of the dentist , and needless to say when it was all over she was ready to go to the dentist! First time in over 60 years. Awesome experience...... Thank you Dr. MOYA

I want to send a BIG shoutout to Carla one of Dr. Moya's Dental hygienist for being so amazing today! She truly is an angel . It's great to see women like her with Gods heart. Thank you for being simply who you are a kind soul. Thank you also to Dr. Moya's front desk team for making me feel at ease. Shoutout also to Heather and the other young lady that was there today for being so kind and helpful. Last but definitely not least thank you to Dr. Moya for helping me get my teeth exactly where I desire them to be. How awesome is it that God gives us a gift to use to serve others with. Dr. Moya is truly gifted and that cross her wears around his neck reminds me that he is a man of faith who walks with God daily. God has truly given Dr. Moya a gift in what he does that separates him from all. Gods gifts serve a purpose to others it's his extension of love towards people. May Dr. Moya continue to use this beautiful gift God granted him to continue to fulfill his purpose and Gods plan for his life. Thank you to all who participated in my surgery w/Dr. Moya last week also. I greatly appreciate the care you gave me.

I would definitely like to recommend Dr.Moya and his Team. I had to pull both bottom wisdom teeth out. Preparations and execution of the surgery was absolutely flawless.

Dr. Moya and the entire staff were very friendly and made me feel totally comfortable. Dr. Moya fully explained the procedure and the necessity for it. They scheduled the procedure a few days later and a followup visit one week later. I was very impressed by the entire experience! I would definitely recommend them. Great job to all!
