Her educational background is impressive. Dr. Gregory graduated with a 4.0 in Genetics at the Department of Biochemistry/Biophysics at Texas A&M University and went on to graduate first in her class at Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas. She was trained at one of the best periodontal programs in the country at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio and is board certified as an official Diplomate of the American Academy of Periodontology.

Dr Holly Gregory is a fair and honest dentist that cares about people and her patients will fair prices and excellent staff makes the experience as stress free as possible! She is honest and will tell you what you need done and will work out the best course of action for you and your pocket book! I would recommend her highly and know your in good hands in her care!

Huge office with a push for making the sale. Impersonal but they will size you trying to hook you in. They may go as far as taking all your X-rays and then refusing to treat you. They want full payment up to 8 weeks in advance for treatment. Waste of time! They even take walk ins, that made me suspicious! They are desperate for $$$ this is not about care for YOU the patient.

I'll start by saying that everyone is very nice. I saw them over the summer for an evaluation on some issues I was having. We discussed treatment plan, and I decided to move forward. I met with a surgery coordinator, and we went over pricing and dates. She told me that since I had not used my benefits I would technically be receiving a refund for my allowance (you have to pay up front to even get scheduled for your treatment). Fast forward to a few weeks later, I call to get an update on the refund, and I only got a small portion of my total refunded. I called the insurance and they stated they were not a in network provider for my PPO plan which resulted in me paying way more than I should've. I always ask before coming to see a doctor if they take my insurance, but going forward I will ask more detailed questions to assure that I am maximizing my benefits. Considering I work in the medical field, and handle surgery patients, one thing I always do is make sure that I am up front about pricing/insurance, one thing that I feel they need to work on at this office. Patients please be cautious and make sure to ask the correct questions. I also referred a co-worker there, which is dealing with the same issue, they stated she would have a refund for her treatment and only received a small amount of it back.

I visited the clinic this week for my bi-annual cleaning. I was completely comfortable the entire time. All the appropriate COVID measures were in place and the staff was helpful and professional.

The entire staff cares about you. I dont have to remind them of my fears or that i need additional assistance when having my teeth cleaned. They gave me a tooth i have been asking for for years and i can eat everything under the sun again. I would highly recommend the Houston Dental Implants Family Dentistry. With the concerns of COVID 19, they too are concerned and take every precaution necessary for your welfare as well as their own.

Good experience! I went in for regular cleaning. Didn't wait long, Dr. Dill performed quick check and spoke to me about results of previous visit, and then the dental hygienist completed a professional and painless cleaning. Overall very happy with the office visit and service!
