I've always felt welcome at this place even. It doesn't matter hotter long it's been since they have seen you they will always great you as of they saw you yesterday. They are very good with their work and I've never had a problem.

Houston Dental Clinic is awesome! I really dislike going to the dentist like most people. Back in December 2021, I was having issues and pain with my wisdom teeth. I was referred to them by a family member. I was a new patient to them, but they worked me in ASAP. I was very nervous, but everyone made me feel comfortable. Dr. Jairus Houston and his assistant Kayla were excellent! I have been back there several times now. Cleaning and a cavity filled. They are so patient, kind, and caring. They take their time with me since I get nervous. I would recommend this dental office to anyone! Thank you!

Staff are amazing. Going to the dentist was a great experience. I highly recommend Dr. Jairus Houston and his staff. They take incredible care of you!

I had a big filling today and Dr. Jairus and his assistant Kayla were amazing!! The shot did not hurt and I never felt a thing when they fixed up my tooth. During the treatment there was a cancellation and one of the hygienists named Sally said she would clean my teeth also today if I wanted it done. I thought since I was here I might as well do it. I had the same amazing service! I was really impressed by everyone at the office. At the front desk everyone was smiling and seemed to be happy to help me. Thanks for all that you did for me today!!

Worste clinic ever. Scheduled appointments with this place 3 different times and they canceled all 3 appointments. I waited for over a month for them to get me in because they canceled on me so many times. This place can not accommodate someone else's job or schedule at all. They canceled on me for the last time the day of my appointment cause I was running 20 mins behind. This place doesn't even deserve a star its that bad. They lost my business forever. Canceling peoples appointments with less than 24 hours notice is also wasting clients time and money your clinic did this twice on me for no reason at all. You talk about respect but yet you don't even give it at all funny how you only focused on the fact I was going to be late and you canceled my appointment. What about the other 2 times?

The ladies at the desk are so sweet and friendly, I felt comfortable and at home as soon as I walked in. I received excellent and comprehensive care and the dentist was very personable. You can't beat a great location with great folks and quality care!

If you plan on being seen on time, think again. Came in for a 7am visit. Apparently I was second. Showed up before the person ahead of me. They took him first being 25 min late. Weren't able to see me till 7:27 at the earliest. So much for having apt times.

Took my 8 year old here today for a cleaning. I had some questions regarding an extraction he had received at a different dentist office. They seemed extremely knowledgeable. They were friendly and my child left with a big smile on his face.

We took an international student to this office to have a tooth pulled and received excellent service. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and the rest of the staff was as well. Would definitely recommend this dental office
