I have known Dr Yon Lai for 5 years when I first came for my braces, he not only offers personized attention to detail with the work he does but also has reasonable prices. He has an amazing staff who always make room for you in case of urgent appointments. Love Dr lai and would highly recommend him!

Avoid this place at all cost. This doctor only cares about money. He is very rude to the patient and the parents. My niece had her braces on for over 3.5 years already and yet he still couldn't get it right and he is blaming the family for not coming during pandemic which is not true. Once he even gave a huge cut to my niece's mouth because he had to show his interns how to perform the procedures. Totally unprofessional and should be disqualified for pediatric patients.

The receptionists are super nice and fun to talk to, while being fast at their job. Dr. Lai and his fellow orthodontists are very professional and good at what they do. The COVID procedures are very up to date and quite safe

In 2017 my sister went to this place just to confirm if my insurance cover my braces or no?i was having no hope cuz i visited so many dentists from 2010 to 2017 so i convinced myself to live with it..so in 2017 my sister came home and was excited to take me to this place house of braces cuz they wanted to check if my insurance will cover or no but finally they called me after 2weeks confirming that my insurance is covering and i made an appointment immediately and today it's November 2020 I'm writing this review cuz I'm near to the end of my braces journey the doctor he is such an amazing person the staff omggg they're nice comparative always smiling and humble i really appreciate all of them and thank them from the bottom of my heart..

Dr. Yon Lai is very professional. he always checks the patients before the patients are dismissed, making sure that everything is going how it is supposed to. You can use this time to ask questions. The staff made sure I had all the information I needed, regarding treatment and payments, they show me the video about foods I can or can't eat, how to wear my rubber bands, and they were very friendly and answered any questions I had. He is also very amusing; he causes laughter to full the room, entertaining both the dentists and the patients. As for the office in general, it is very sanitary. All in all, would definitely recommend this place for treatment!
