We realize everyone's financial situation is different. For this reason, it is our mission to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment. We offer a variety of payment options designed to help you receive the dental care needed to enjoy a healthy and confident smile.
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. However, because insurance policies vary, you are responsible to know your own individual policy. We can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a courtesy to our patients, we will bill your insurance company and then allow 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance, paid in-full. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available.
Our office accepts payments by cash, checks and most major credit cards. We also offer low- and no-interest financing options through CareCredit. If you have any questions about financing or payment, ask us! We will thoroughly explain your choices and work hard to accommodate your needs.

The NPDental group is terrific! They quickly take care of patients even when it's a last minute request for service! Everyone is very friendly and certainly treat you with respect. I highly recommend this group to anyone looking for a family dentist in the Hot Springs area.

Dr. Fleischner and his staff are top notch. I chipped one of my front teeth and he made my smile look amazing! I appreciated the staff wearing pink gloves in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month! We have been VERY pleased with this office. Everyone in the office has been very pleasant and my daughter loves everyone there. Today she got her veneers for 2 of her teeth and after we left she was commenting on how nice everyone was. She said "mom, they were just as excited about my teeth as I was!" She also commented on how much time they took with her to make sure her teeth were perfect and how they seemed to really care. (This is coming from a 17 year old) I highly recommend them! Looks like we have found our new family dentist office.
