After two weeks of intermittent extreme tooth pain and 3 different dentists telling me different stories, I called Hot Springs Endodontics. They were able to get me in same day and were so professional and efficient. Vanessa verified all my insurance info, was so kind, and her communication was just top notch. I was able to see Dr. Harrison and he knew right away what was wrong and how to treat it. I was able to be treated same day by him Sadie. They were the best! Really chill, professional, knowledgeable, and so nice. I have been to a few different dentist due to moving around and this is the best experience I have ever had. My root canal was quick, fairly painless, and they knew how to accommodate my pregnancy. Hot Springs Endodontics is awesome and I won't go anywhere else. Thank y'all for listening to me and healing my pain!

Dr. Gaston and his staff are caring and they know what they're doing. My tooth was a difficult case and I know it's because they persisted and that their work is very good that they were able to save it. Plus, it's been a while and their work is standing the test of time. I wouldn't go anywhere else for a root canal!

Awesome staff!!! The staff make sure you're comfortable and any questions or related needs are quickly tended to. The Endodontist is amazing. Very thorough and really informative he really does excellent work. I really appreciate Hot Springs Endodontics for helping relieve a few very painful teeth.

Great experience. There is nothing to "love" about going to the dentist, but the staff here has been great in all of our dealings. Dr. Harrison is courteous & professional, and works to keep his appointments on time.

Dr.Gaston and his staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and okay. I was referred to Dr. Gaston's office with an emergency. He was able to see me within a couple of hours that same day!

Ive had 2 root canals by Dr Gaston. He is amazing! Excellent bedside manner and he genuinely cares about his patients. The office staff are accommodating, very professional and quick! They get you in and out and on with your day.

My 16 year old daughter went in for a consultation and Harrison went ahead and saved us a trip and did her root canal treatment that day! He was very personable and my daughter was amazed that she didn't feel a thing. So happy with the service that everyone in the office provided during this trip to see Harrison! Definitely Recommend!!!

My pain was nonexistent during the procedure, and very minimal after. His staff and facility are clean and modern. I even liked their choice of music during my procedure! Amazing customer service here! I have had to have several appointments (unfortunately for me), but I have never once had a bad experience! Dr. Gaston is very nice and makes you feel very comfortable. His dental assistants have always been great. The ladies in the front of house are always on top of it. I was referred to their office, and within 10 minutes of leaving the office that had given the referral, she had called me to get everything arranged. I live 1.5 hours away, and they have always taken that into consideration when scheduling without me having to ask. Highly recommend them if you are, unfortunately, in need of their services!

This Dr Bruce Gaston Office Experience was sincerely the most traumatic pain and treatment all 3 visits where he lost his temper because I was hurting and yelled at me to tears and I totally was shocked at the mistreatment and his inability to feel compassion in his temper to get my root canal over . The details are so hard for me to express without crying. I pray whoever reads this please seek other care please do not subject yourself to such unprofessional manners of which when he hurts you he becomes furious versus compassionate. All 4 visits experienced the same pain and uncaring ethics.... DO Not See this Doctor. Please!

It's never fun to go to the dentist, but Dr Harrison makes it a very relaxing experience. The office is exceptionally clean, very strict social distancing, everyone was wearing high quality masks and conscious to not contaminate anything. His entire staff is very kind and attentive. Grateful for this precious resource.
