The e-mail I sent to Dr Elzuhery says it all...and I got no response to top it all off with a pretty tiny bow of disappointment: Dear Dr. Elzuhery, My family and I lost our family dentist of over 15 years, because he ended his contract with our dental insurance just prior to the pandemic. We had a high risk elderly relative living with us at the time, so we put our medical and dental needs on hold until he moved out. Our dental insurance assigned us to Marketplace Dentistry, but after our first appointment, my husband and I decided they were not the right fit for us. I found you on our insurance list and looked you up on line. You have a kind face, and most of your reviews indicate your are a wonderful, professional, caring dentist. I was very much looking forward to meeting you, and having you take care of our dental needs (which are probably many after two years without so much as a cleaning). Following is the experience I had with trying to make an appointment with your office. I called Monday, May 2, to schedule new patient appointments for my family of four. I got no answer, so I left a message as instructed. No response on Monday, or Tuesday. I called Wednesday, but you're closed. I called again on Thursday, but your voicemail message said to call back during normal business hours. Per your website, you're open on Thursday. I submitted a message via your contact form on your website on Thursday. No response on Thursday, or Friday. Good customer service begins with a phone call, so your staff is doing you and your business a complete disservice by not doing their job.. Looks like I'll be looking for another dentist. Had a root canal done in this office. The doctor went too deep while he was doing the procedure and made a hole in the sinus area. It's been almost 3 years after a botched root canal that still to this day gives me sinus problems.

I have had nothing but good experiences with Dr El Zuhery he is an amazing dentist and did an amazing job with my dentures and the office staff are so kind at all times I would definitely recommend Dr El Zuhery for all your dental needs I give him and the entire office staff 5 stars

Dr. Elzuhery is not just a good dentist, he is a GREAT dentist. He is kind, generous, fast, and extremely skilled in his craft. I have gone to the dentist before and spent hours in the chair hoping they would finish soon. Dr. Elzuhery Is faster than the average dentist without sacrificing any quality of care. He typically finishes every procedure in under an hour or maybe 2 hours maximum. I have had him complete 3 root canals and 5 temporary crown in 2 hours in one visit. His office staff are amazing as well.His office manager is friendly and extremely knowledgeable and puts you at ease. His assistant is absolutely wonderful and extremely skilled, attentive, and very friendly.

Doctor El-Zuhery is so gentle and so sweet. I used to HATE trips to the dentist, but after finding him I have virtually no anxiety at all. His staff is efficient and always helpful and nice. They all truly make your experience a pleasant one. Thank you guys so much!

The clean, colorful office and friendly reception staff put me instantly at ease. I really liked the fresh paint and hard-wood floors; the office seemed brand-spanking new. The hygeinists are friendly, skillful, helpful, and knowledgeable. Dr. Elzhery himself is the picture of grace and professionalism. He brilliantly repaired my cracked front tooth and thoroughly appraised me of all my options. There was no wait; I was seen right away, and they were able to get me in for a follow-up appointment just two days later! Very impressive experience...and I've felt inspired and motivated to take better care of my teeth and gums ever since my visit there. I'm delighted that Dr. Elzuhery is my new dentist, and the prospect of going to the dentist no longer fills me with dread; in fact, I'm looking forward to it! Never thought i'd say that about going to the dentist!

Great dentist. No waiting. Friendly staff. Highly recommended. We previously had western dental. They were going to drill on good teeth. Recommended procedures we didnt need. We went back to our insurance to see we had the opportunity to go to Hossam Elzulery instead. He is a very thorough Dentist. Very Honest and I feel so lucky to have him in our dental plan. We didnt have the problems that western dental said. I am so happy to go to Hossam Elzuhery. Right across from Bullard High School. Make an appointment with Hassam. You won't be sorry.

I was very self conscious about my smile. I am so happy I found this dentist office. Hossam Elzuhery and his staff are beyond wonderful. I can now smile with confidence, which I thought would never happen. They are also great with kids! *Hassle free scheduling. *Short/no wait. *Office is clean. *Calming atmosphere. *Everyone is friendly and compassionate. *Dr. Elzuhery is very skilled and explains everything throughly. From cleanings to crowns, I would definitely recommend this place. I just wish I found them sooner!

I've been a patient for almost 2 years. The wait time isn't long at all. All staff members are very nice and welcoming. I would suggest Dr. Hossam if you need a new dentist or just some eye candy.

I've had a great experience everytime I come to see Dr. El-Zuhery. From his staff to his work it's an excellent office! They're always willing to answer any questions you have,and they always walk you through everything they're doing. Don't hesitate to give him a call he's awesome!

We are very pleased with Dr Elzuhery. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. They respect your time and wait time is very minimal. Due to insurance changes we were going to Western Dental and were very unhappy. Dr. Elzuhery took our insurance and our cost is covered. You don't have to settle for "corporate dental" when you can have professional, personal dental care. I highly recommend this doctor.

Dr. El-Zuhery is always on time and does great work. His office is efficient and they get you in and out.
