My daughter is terrified of the dentist not only did they accommodate on the procedure day they made dental visit simple

The people there where nice face to face but I had multiple problems with them. We went in and talked about 4 caps and 1 "baby root canal" . They do NOT document thing properly!! We had a procedure set up and 2 days before I get a statement that says everything they are doing it had 10 CAPS & 3 BABY ROOT CANALS. I called to see why it had changed so much and spent all day on the phone trying to get answers before they told me they where uncomfortable doing the procedure because I wanted answers and had me talk to another dr we hadn't seen. In return he told me " I was looking at the numbers and not the fact my daughter was going under anesthesia and we didnt wanna do that again in another 8-12 months". I canceled my daughter procedure after confirming they were going to do stuff she was NOT needing right now just what they THOUGHT she would need in the future.

I was here on 02/26/2021. EVERYONE who works in this office has a disregard to COVID-19. With all the people they had visiting, NONE of the workers wiped/sanitized anything down until I complained...and at that point, a worker only wiped the chairs for my daughter and I. They're doing x-rays out of a dining room chair. They didn't wipe their actual dental chair, nor remove the plastic from the headrest after the previous patient. I left! Their disregard to COVID is a threat to EVERYONE immune system that visits.

They were so friendly and helpful, Malik was so nice!. The doctor who did my son's tooth extraction was so professional, she explained everything to us and my son didnt feel anything!!

Super sweet staff and Dr. Gill was amazing with our 3 year old. We were expecting just a consultation for a filing requiring sedation, but Dr. Gill treated her right away. Saved us from another trip! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

Made a great choice bringing my kids here after going to 4 other dentists who all wanted to pull their teeth rather than consider and offer other options. Had the pleasure of working with two dentists who were great. I am only giving 4 stars due to an uncomfortable situation with the dental assistant who took xray pictures of my daughter and wasn't gentle with her, nor was she polite. I don't remember her name but its important especially if your working with little children to make them feel safe and comfortable with the intent of being able to do your job correctly as well. She also made me pull my phone out to this review page and went ahead and pressed the 5 star button without my consent. I was Pretty baffled by this but other this I highly recommend the dentists here.

Our two year old was required to have dental care under sedation due to problems with several teeth and her age. Our regular pediatric dentist referred us to HPD and Dr. Langha. We are VERY pleased with the friendliness, knowledge and work of Dr. Langha and his staff. We had our procedure Jan. 2, 2019 and everything went amazingly well. We were kept informed every step of the way. We had our follow-up appointment and our little one opened her mouth waiting for Dr. Langha even before he asked her to! This may not seem important but it's amazing when you realize she used to yell and cry at all other appointments. We strongly recommend HPD. Dr. Langha and his staff for your dental needs.

i have 3 kiddos (6, 4, & 2) the oldest who had a rough experience at our last dentist, ive been afraid to take my children somewhere especially since some of them have been so nervous and typically cry during every dental visit HOWEVER i feel as if i have finally found a hidden gem! DR. BANKS is amazing i absolutely love his calm, patient and gentle approach he used with my kiddos, and the assistant staff was very kind and patient as well. My 4 year old ended up needed 2 crowns and i was very uncomfortable about that but Dr.Banks was very respectful of my concerns and walked me through every option and the process. My daughter was so calm and happy thru the whole procedure and i could tell she felt comforted as the Dr. and assistant talked her through beginning to end! However yes my first visit was a 45minute wait (all 3 kids had same time appts) i would definitely return and happily wait it out again in return for great care!

Worst dentist office I have ever been too Made me wait over an hour after the time of my appointment and still once they had me in a room they wanted to send me back to the waiting area to see another patient that had just walked in the Dr did work on my daughter he put white caps on her front teeth EXACTLY 2 DAY LATER HER TOOTH BRAKES COMPLETELY OFF
