Dr. Hoskinson has over 30 years of experience in orthodontic treatment. He ensures that he and his staff stay current on the latest techniques and technology so our patients receive the highest quality of care.
What makes our office unique is our doctor. Dr. H takes extra time with each patient to discuss their smile goals, diagnostic testing results, and overall treatment plan. Every patient is unique, so every plan is unique. There is no one-size-fits-all orthodontic plan.
Dr. Hoskinson is visible and committed to his community; he is a past president and a longstanding member of the Scotia Rotary, past president of the 4th District Dental Society and board member, and Schenectady County Dental Society member. Hoskinson Orthodontics is very involved in our community. We proudly support many local schools, churches, and community organizations

We are continually updating techniques and technology to provide great patient care. We use the latest imaging systems with extremely low radiation to view and diagnose problems below the gumline. Our intraoral cameras and scanners take the place of messy, goopy impressions youre welcome!
In addition to high-level imaging equipment our new 3-D printer provides highly accurate models for appliance fabrication. We have an in-house orthodontic lab to customize your orthodontic appliances for comfort and optimal results.

My daughter who is a typical teenager likes to go there- it says a lot. Doctor H. and office staff are friendly and profesional. I will be going there with my son once he needs braces.

Hoskinson is the only office in the area that would help me- I moved here recently and had a permanent retainer become partially detached; I called 10 or 15 other offices and every single one refused to take me on as a new patient except this office. They scheduled me as soon as they could, and when I went in, they were so quick and kind!

We've had two in braces and one currently with expanders and would never go anywhere else. This is a family practice that not only provides excellent service but also makes you feel at home and comfortable. There are no surprises when it comes to cost, which is an added bonus.

This is the very best orthodontist office. We have been going here for more than 10 years. With 3 kids we're there a lot. Haha haha. The staff treats us like family every time we come in. Everyone is so nice! They really work with our busy schedules and try to schedule the siblings at the same time so we don't have to go to the office twice in one week. The price is fair for the amount of work that goes into their mouths. Dr. Hoskinson also waits until the appropriate time for braces rather than putting them on too early. I would highly recommend Hoskinson Orthodontics and have in the past when asked who takes care of the kids teeth.

The staff is friendly and helpful. All information is thoroughly explained with images. Excessive waiting was never a factor- in and out as needed. Easy to get in for a "repair" same day or next. Highly recommended!!

We have had nothing but courteous, personable, professional experiences with Hoskinson Orthodontics. Dr. Hoskinson and his staff are kind, thoughtful and knowledgeable. They take the time to make sure the patient and parents understand and are comfortable with each part of the process. Our experiences started in the fall of 2018 and will culminate summer of 2021. This time span of course includes the unprecedented times of COVID -19. Throughout which Hoskinson Orthodontics kept their patients needs their main concern. We were well informed throughout the entire ordeal. We are all very grateful and pleased with our decision to go with Hoskinson Orthodontics.

Pleasant experience. Every staff member was friendly and engaging. Recommendation given was well explained and Dr did not rush to braces, but is willing to observe the patient as his teeth transition to adult teeth. Left looking forward to the follow up visit!
