Dr. Horton is great. Someone on that office staff is dropping the ball. How do you forget to follow up with your client's needs? A client paying $3300 for one tooth. An office personnel just explained the healing process of an implant takes roughly 3 months. We're now in November, this began in July. If I hadn't called, who knows how long I'd be without being scheduled for my crown fitting to complete my oral surgery.

Dr Horton is excellent 10/10 but the staffing is unprofessional. I called last Thursday wanting to know the break down of my bill. I spoke to an lady otp and she said she doesn't know and that she will have someone call me back on Tuesday. Never heard anything back since then. So I decided to call in today Thursday ...so I can get an break down on my account . Aubrey pickup the phone and was very rude and has no customer service skills . JUST TRSH I will be going in there to get a payment history since no one can explain to me my payments.

Just back from my first visit - my husband went for the first time last month - and we both were so impressed with Dr. Horton and the staff. Dr. Horton is fantastic: thorough, personable, and funny! The office in general has a friendly, respectful atmosphere and positive energy. They are honest with you about what is needed and what is extra. COVID precautions are first rate. Highly recommend.

Dr Horton is great. Good personality. The customer service in the office is horrible. I've been having the same issue with my tooth with no results. The front office personnel acts like she is Dr Horton. He so she says has refused to see or talk to me about the extreme pain I'm having. I'm sad and disappointed with Dr Horton. I've been with him since Dr Smith was in office. This is Tiffany Hamilton

Today was my first visit with Dr. Horton and he and his office staff were amazing! I'm always nervous at the dentist and they made me feel very comfortable. I will be making him my forever dentist!! Thank you to all the staff

I went into Dr. Horton business to ask a few general questions about becoming a patient because I sometimes struggle to hear over the phone. The front desk secretary Bria Washington was extremely rude and unfriendly to me. If I were Dr. Horton I would never want an individual with such few manners to represent my business.

I absolutely love Dr. Horton and his staff. I was someone who neglected going to the dentist because of fear. But once I became a patient, all of my fears subsided, and I actually look forward to my appointments. I have recommended several of my colleagues and personal acquaintance to Dr. Horton and I will continue to do so.
