Born and bred in Crawford, Dr. Moody is a leading entrepreneur, educator, speaker, and practitioner with over 24 years of experience in dentistry. As the founder of Horizon West Dental, his greatest passion and focus is found in restoring smiles and providing unmatched care for his patients health and confidence. Fueled by that passion, Dr. Moody also founded Implant Pathway an in-depth continuing education program that equips and empowers other dentists to place implants and transform their patients lives with superior care.
Dr. Moody attended undergraduate school at the University of NebraskaLincoln and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree at the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry. After graduating, he worked as an associate dentist in his hometown of Crawford and eventually bought the practice. Throughout the year, you can catch Dr. Moody traveling and teaching other dentists around the world, but Crawford always has been and always will be his home. Dr. Megan graduated from Chadron High School and attended Chadron State College for her undergraduate education. She earned her DDS at the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry in 2018 and has been caring for patients ever since. Trained by our very own Dr. Moody, shes highly skilled at crafting long-lasting, beautiful dental implants and restoring smiles. Outside of the office, Dr. Megan enjoys cooking her favorite recipes, soaking up Nebraskas supreme outdoor landscapes, playing with her pups, and spending time with her family especially with her two sweet nephews!
