Born and bred in Crawford, Dr. Moody is a leading entrepreneur, educator, speaker, and practitioner with over 24 years of experience in dentistry. As the founder of Horizon West Dental, his greatest passion and focus is found in restoring smiles and providing unmatched care for his patients health and confidence. Fueled by that passion, Dr. Moody also founded Implant Pathway an in-depth continuing education program that equips and empowers other dentists to place implants and transform their patients lives with superior care.
Dr. Moody attended undergraduate school at the University of NebraskaLincoln and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree at the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry. After graduating, he worked as an associate dentist in his hometown of Crawford and eventually bought the practice. Throughout the year, you can catch Dr. Moody traveling and teaching other dentists around the world, but Crawford always has been and always will be his home. With her Midwestern friendliness and unwavering dedication to quality, Dr. Megan is a Nebraska native who truly enjoys getting to know her patients and fostering lifelong connections with families. Her local upbringing coupled with her love for general dentistry spurs her on to strengthen her beloved community with thriving oral health and a personal approach to patient care. No matter how long its been since your last dental visit, Dr. Megan is here to ease any dental fears, encourage you, and be a consistent, trustworthy presence throughout your smile journey.
Dr. Megan graduated from Chadron High School and attended Chadron State College for her undergraduate education. She earned her DDS at the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry in 2018 and has been caring for patients ever since. Trained by our very own Dr. Moody, shes highly skilled at crafting long-lasting, beautiful dental implants and restoring smiles. Outside of the office, Dr. Megan enjoys cooking her favorite recipes, soaking up Nebraskas supreme outdoor landscapes, playing with her pups, and spending time with her family especially with her two sweet nephews!

Dr Collins is the worst dentist I've had in years. She is rude and unprofessional in every way. She refuses to send xrays to another dentist in fear of competition. It also takes 6 months to get a appointment for a cavity after a cleaning. I highly discourage people from considering her as their dentist. My family and I will never go back.

Everyone is so kind and understanding. I went over 10 years without seeing a dentist due to fear. Now my teeth feel better, my gums have improved phenomenally. They treat my toddler with kindness and respect to which is super important to me. Big thumbs up!

I don't normally do reviews but I am so pleased to find a dentist and her group of gals that treat you like family! Last time I went which was two days ago we were laughing so hard Dr Collis had to stop in mid treatment to calm down, my stomach still hurts from all the laughing. Very professional but family as well! Love ya gals!!!

I always receive fantastic customer service from a fabulous staff! Horizon West Dental has the friendliest staff! They did a fantastic job of explaining everything and ensuring I was comfortable and my needs were met the entire time. From the minute I made the appointment until I walked out the door, I was provided the best care. Thank you Dr. Collis, your professionalism and compassion is the best around!

The dentist was a bit pressed for time, which is painfully common with dentists. I was still impressed with the expertise of the dentist. Plus, she explained everything as she was doing it. I REALLY appreciate that!
