Raquel Cosme Office Manager Raquel moved from New Jersey in 2008 and has been in the dental field for 12 years. She is most likely the first voice you will hear when you call the office. Raquel is fluent in Spanish. Raquel states, I take great pleasure in developing long lasting relationships with all the patients of Horizon Family Dentistry. Melissa Tapp Reece Patient Care Coordinator Melissa provides administrative support to Horizon Family Dentistry. She is a native of North Carolina and is also a United States Army Veteran. Melissa received a BBA with a specialization in management from Cameron University.
