I started seeing Dr Modi 8 years ago! I came as a referral from a friend and was petrified to see any dentists! I needed a lot of teeth pulled and dentures made! Dr.Modi laid out all my options and allowed me to choose what was best for me and my pocket! He completely changed how I felt about dentists! No one ever knows my teeth aren't really mine!!!!! He's amazing and so is the staff! Mae and neasha at the front desk are sweet as pie! I also recommend them to everyone I know!

If I could put 0 stars I would. This dental office does not work with you, are pretty rude and overall is just not a warm environment. Highly recommend you go elsewhere and save yourself the hassle.

First of all I am terrified of dentists and coming to Horizon dental changed my mind about being scared for good. They are professional kind and a very efficient office. Had my tooth pulled which usually hurts and all, but the day after I had no pain at all and that's without taking pills which shows me how well they do everything. Little sore a few days later as expected no serious pain. I don't see myself going anywhere else. Great job guys. Will be back. 5/5

The best dental office to get your teeth fixed. Doctor Modi is very experienced and he explained to me the whole treatment that I was in need by using the x-ryas. I was really nervous at the beginning but dr.modi and his assistant made me feel very relaxed during the treatment. Definitely the best place if you are anxious as me.

I am happy to have found a great dental clinic in Connecticut. Got my cavity filled last week. The process went pretty smooth. Dr. Modi was spot on with his treatment. Wonderful service. They got nice cleaning facility too.

I was very happy initially. During cancer treatment I needed about 4 roots pulled out. I went in one day and was told I was having a root canal. I said "what"? You need a root canal. " on what tooth"? A perfectly healthy tooth. No, I said. There are shadows in the xray that mean future trouble. Well, my cancer was in 4.5 stage and my brain was not great. I was taken advantage of and the next time I went in, she pulled my perfectly healthy tooth.

Dr. Modi is a great dentist who takes his time to understand and explain the needs of each patient he encounters. He handles each patient with care and is also very honest with creating the best treatment plan possible, by accommodating and specifying in the needs of his patient's overall oral health. Dr. Modi does a great job at making his patients feel very comfortable and will go above and beyond to ease any worries or phobias of dentistry. I highly recommend Dr. Modi to anyone seeking professionalism and a great personal dentist to call their own.

if I could give zero stars I would. worst place ever. gave us the run around when my husbands tooth was infected, wasted 2 weeks and then they wouldn't even do anything and referred us out and had to wait a month. don't waste your time, go somewhere else.

Dr Modi and staff are fantastic. I have been coming here for over 10 years. I have referred many people. I live 45 minutes away and this is the only place I will go to. The Dr has great bed side manner and makes you feel like you are part of his family. Thank you for always taking care of myself and my wife, family and friends.

Great office personnel, they were very nice and professional. I usually fear the dentist so I appreciated how gentle they worked on my teeth. And my daughter also was seen very the same day when I asked a question about her teeth during my appointment. I was very impressed by their attentiveness. I will definitely continue to be a patient there.

As usual, I had a wonderful experience at Horizon Dental of Southington today. I've been going there for 7+ years and enjoy my visits each and every time. All the staff members are always friendly and helpful. Today, I had my teeth cleaned by Dental Hygienist Ramona. This is the 3rd time I've been treated by her and she is excellent at her craft. She cleaned my teeth better than ever and was super informative. Every time I leave there I learn something new to help me maintain healthy teeth. Dr. Modi is doing a great job with his practice and I would recommend them to anyone!

Our entire family visited Horizon Dental and immediately liked the friendly, responsive office staff service, including the nice dental assistants and hygienist. We found Dr. Modi to be not only knowledgeable and professional, but he took a sincere interest about how each family member felt during treatment, in addition to their personal safety throughout the visit.

I came here a few years ago to get my wisdom teeth checked out, so when I recently chipped one of my front teeth(barely) I thought I would come here to get it fixed. Big mistake, within 12 hours, a piece of the composite broke off, was told not a big deal. Then a couple of weeks later some more composite broke off. At this point the tooth had become a greater distraction than when it was barely chipped. I scheduled an appointment for a week later(today) I come in for the appointment to be told that I could either wait a hour for him to finish someone else's procedure, come back at six(when Im working) or come back a week later to get it fixed. Just a slap in the face tbh. We decided that I would just take the $300 he charged me initially, and I would look for another dentist to get the job done correctly.
