Horrible service waited 2 hours while everyone went on lunch, they where rude and throwing objects while I was sitting waiting I will never go back there this place is trash and needs to have better customer service.

This dental service has very nice front desk people. The poor rating service is about the three hours it took once we were invited to sit in the lobby. Tooth cleaning is at most a half hour endeavor and there were four seated when i arrived and the two that came after i arrived were in and out before I was asked to be given an inside room to wait another hour. Only reason to come is Jimmy Smith will give you 30$ in cash for enduring all this.

If I can give her ZERO STARS I WOULD SMH MESSED UP MY TOOTH TOOL FOREVER FOR THE PROCESS OF A ROOT CANAL NEVER AGAIN. SHE SHOULD DEFF LOOSE HER LICENSE

Amazing staff amazing doctor love the office all around!!!! Can't thank you enough for the amazing dental cleaning. The assistant Rosina is amazing The front desk Wanda Kylah Maria and Sheyla are so friendly snd great with patients. See you in 6 months

Great experience! The staff treated my husband and me so well, and prices were economical. They took care of everything with our insurance company and even broke our benefits down for us. Maria Fernandez at the front desk was both kind and helpful, and really made us feel well taken care of. Rosina the dental hygienist was also friendly and took time to explain everything thoroughly. Dr. Bethi was very nice and informative. The area isn't the best, but Horizon Dental gave us such a great experience and made us feel we could trust them to be honest and take care of. We will be happy to continue using them as our regular dental office.

Went to another dentist the next day n they found 2 cavity and I had something else wrong that horizon completely missed and the cleaning you guys did was sub par only good part was the friendly receptionist up front

Pretty good service experience! Dentist and especially dental assistant was very professional and detailed. Punctuality with appointments on time can be improved. Very competitive pricing. I would DEFINITELY recommend you give them a chance. Youd be pleased with your overall oral care experience.

I have been going here for awhile now the staff is nice and overall not bad for a dentist in the neighborhood and the doctor is pretty good as well i have to say I haven't had any bad experiences with this dentist so far i went for a cleaning and was in and out

Nicole the front office receptionist is the best. The other workers are ok they lack professionalism as far as the doctor I will say she's very good and passionate when it comes to her patients.

The staff was friendly but they just took too long to bring me and fiend in and the cleaning was a little painful.... When I left the office my gums were so sore.

Ahh, what I can say and where to begin, that place starting from the front desk the nurse the dentist all of the are extremely helpful, I had an issue with my teeth for 4 month, my dentist gave me a hard time and at the end he was not able to get my root canal done for some reason and asked me to see a oral surgeon, I refused and I was searching online and found horizon dental I gave them a call told the girl about my issue and that my dentist refused to to do it, she said you can come in for consultation, I was crying from pain and hopeless that I will ever get rid of it, I went there I met the dentist she took a look over my previous X-rays and made a quick new one because mine was 3 month old when I had infection and she said everything seems fine we can do it, I was like really she said yes, 3 days later I was there fully ready to get it done, I was scared because I've been having terrible experience for the past 3 month with my dentist who gave me antibiotics for 2 month and half and had so many health complications because of that, she gave me anesthesia and start working and I absolutely felt nothing she was extremely gentle and because I have issues with my right nerve on my face she was even trying to massage it and give me breaks in between so I feel more comfortable, she is professional, nice and lovely and treated me like a friend or a daughter not a patient, now I'm hooked and this is my dentist from now on and I referred my dad and my brother as well, it takes only one experience to change your mind about dental procedures and for me I'm so confident now and ready to get anything done or fixed without being anxious or panicking because of the pain, everyone over there extremely helpful and want to do anything and everything to help you and make you satisfied , if I can give 1000 stars I would but google only allow me with 5 stars Highly recommended I think anyone's case would never be as bad as mine, I wish I figured it out earlier I would've been pain free since august but I'm thankful and grateful to my beautiful kind hearted dentist , she ROCKS ! God bless her and I will forever pray for her as I do now every night before I go to bed with no more pain or pain killer and middle of night crying from pain, thank you sooooooo much

I was in and out, both the DA and Dentist cleaned my teeth the best I have in years. Definitely recommend, plenty of parking

This is the worst place ever went in to get a tooth pulled and came out with nerve damage in my face don't go there don't bring your kids there dr.bethi needs to lose her license
