Jenn's favorite part of being a dental assistant is that she gets to be a part of transforming a patients smile and giving them newfound confidence. With her compassionate demeanor and gentle care, our patients are always in good hands with Jenn. When shes not in the office, she loves spending time outdoors, traveling, reading, and gardening.

Taylor 's passion is helping people and making a genuine difference in their lives! Taylor married the love of her life this past April. Taylor has a dachshund fur baby named 'Breezy'. Fun fact, Taylor is a claw machine enthusiast and expert!

Maria moved to Charlotte from Venezuela in 2016. In Venezuela, she was studying to become a dentist and has continued her journey here and is currently in school to complete her dream! She enjoys spending her time outdoors and at events with her family and husband. Maria is a native Spanish speaker and loves to meet patients from other cultures and help them feel at home in our practice.

Kira is originally from Canada and has called South Carolina her home for 10 years. Kira has always had a passion for dentistry and helping patients feel welcome and at ease from the moment you walk in the door. When shes not in the office, Kira enjoys spending time with her husband, traveling, and spending time outdoors with her dog, Whiskey.

Dr. Dans childhood patient experience with his family dentist and orthodontist was less than ideal. After three different sets of braces (totalling six years of treatment) led to complications and necessary jaw surgery, Dr. Dan wanted to make sure that no patient had the same experience.

Dr. Dan graduated with Honors and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from UNC School of Dentistry. He is dedicated to providing a superior dental experience for his patients with a focus on relationship-based care. Dr. Dan is an active member of the American Dental Association, the North Carolina Dental Society and the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Erin grew up knowing she wanted to be a dentist. As the designated tooth puller on the playground, Dr. Erin learned at an early age that she had a knack for helping people, thinking critically and working with her hands.

Dr. Erin took her childhood talents to the next level after graduating from the Medical University of South Carolina School of Dentistry and completing a one-year residency program at Brooklyn Methodist Hospital in Brooklyn, New York. After beginning her career in private practice in Manhattan, New York in 2019, Dr. Erin and her husband returned to Charlotte, North Carolina in 2021.

Back in touch with her southern roots, Erin quickly found a new home at Horizon Dental. Like the rest of the Horizon Dental team, Dr. Erin is committed to providing excellent dental care and maintaining a positive, friendly and professional client experience for each of her patients.
