Filippo was very unprofessional in handling my situation. Instead of recommending what service I would need for my situation. He basically told me that my teeth crowns were falling out due to " age ". Isn't a dental professional supposed to tell you what your options are ? Nope apparently not.

Very unprofessional. Strange interview at the front desk, by someone who appeared unfamiliar with the mechanics of her position. Judging by reviews here I see it is a common experience at this "office".

I have been going here for years and this dentist is the best one I've ever been to. I don't feel like their looking at my mouth and seeing dollar signs. I get what I need when I need it. No surprises. I'm given clear explanations when treatment is needed. I'm in and out of the office in a reasonable amount of time and I make appointments with relative ease.

The staff here has been nothing less than perfect. Extremely profession, polite, and helpful. Felt really comfortable and taken care of here. 10/10 definitely will recommend family here. An irrelevant Non-medical detail that made the visit more enjoyable was their music selection. They played classic oldies. Thumbs up!

This place is the best!!! They helped me get my smile back. The staff is amazing and fun and very informative. The waiting room is nice and small. the waiting process was fast and easy going. The pictures in the room are of the Simpsons and other things. I give this place 5 stars.

Horrible experience with this office while trying to book and appointment. Called and asked if they accepted Affinity health plan, the answer was yes. I request an appointment for Friday, the guy rudely responded, "it can't be Friday" yes that's the language he used, whatever reason was he could have said "we don't have for this upcoming Friday" if he didn't want to use the word sorry and try to accommodate me for another day, not he didn't!! I said ok for when you have available and he response was "what is your insurance ID number". I thought it was my responsibility to explain my insurance will enter into effect the 1st, however I was booking my appointment after the 1st. He again rudely responded, "then you have to call me back after the 1st". I insisted that I needed to book the appointment and that if he calls the insurance company, they will confirm it will be into effect by the 1st. He said "we aren't here to call insurance company" and refused to book my appointment. This person name is Joel Scott. I asked to speak with the supervisor, he replied, "the answer will be the same". I would actually say the treatment will be the same, yes they both were rude and non professional. I explained her my dissatisfaction about the interaction with mr Scott as a customer service representative, he response was that if I feels this way, then was better not to consider their service. Wow, I guess they already have the amount of customers they need. I ended up calling another office, in the same area. The lady over the phone was very pleasant and understood the situation, she was able to find out the insurance will be effective by the 1st, and gladly booked my appointment.

I always have a problem and the Dr. was absolutely wonderful. Patient, friendly and informative. The office people are very nice and attentive. The front desk knows what they are doing! The Hygienists are good too. I walk out with shiny teeth and clean gums..

My mother had All on 4 implant 7 months ago in India. Her denture had become loose and the sharp screw was bothering her. Dr. Filippo was very kind to talk to us on phone and asked his staff to make her an appointment. Ms. Sallie at the front desk was very professional and courteous and made us a very quick appointment. I was impressed at the cleanliness and hygienic precautions adopted at the clinic in view of the Covid-19 pandemic. Dr. Filippo thoroughly examined my mother, understood the problem, and fixed the problem by tightening the crew. He grinded the sharp edge of the screw and sealed the screw with acrylic. My mother felt immediately better and has been doing well since then. I am very grateful to Dr Filippo and his staff for exceptional service, professionalism, caring attitude and willingness to help.

Very disappointing, the service is horrible, the fat girl at the front desk is extremely rude and disrespectful, it was my second time there and I witness how she treated people getting into discussions and raising her voice. She was rude and unprofessional with me as well, it is a shame that people like this have this type of jobs. NOT RECOMMENDED
