Horizon Dental is accepting new patients at all three offices. Most dental insurance plans are accepted, and the staff verifies coverage, so the patient doesnt have to. Financing is also available through SpringStone or CareCredit.

I have been going to this location for a while and the dental team is good and knowledgeable. The manager at the office is rude and unreasonable. She should not be the front person at the office. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Horizon Dental Care is the best. Over 40 years my family have been receiving service by Dr. Randall. They know who you are just by the sound of your voice on the phone. Daniel and the team are spectacular. They are family oriented and the service is excellent. They truly embody their Mission Statement. Love them

A+ service and care. Front desk staff provide genuine customer service. Scheduled appointments are met without delays. Treatment plans align with patient's need and fulfillment ability. I highly recommend receiving care from Horizon Dental.

The service itself was fine except of waiting time. My appointment was scheduled for 11-00 AM. I was invited in at 11-05. Than i was seating in chear for 1 hr and 10 min waiting for doctor. It is unacceptable!

Pros: Short wait time and not to much waiting around. Cons: Dr. Califf is pretty okay, even though there were multiple things he could not diagnose me for, and tried upselling me multiple times for something not needed. Office staff is rude, and far from the best customer service out there. All in all not the best dental offices I have ever been to, but if you need to be seen fast, this is your place.

For starters, the wait time is always minimal. The office staff is friendly. The dentists are friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. They strive to make their patients feel at ease and comfortable. I highly recommend Horizon Dental Care and I'm convinced that should you visit this facility, you will have a positive experience.

another dental office swallowed up by a money-hungry private equity. profits over patient care above all else. they overcharge you for services you don't need and look for every which way to charge you. they will tell you that you need invisalign or a filling for a nonexistent cavity or deep cleaning when your gums are fine stay away or at least go get a second opinion somewhere else. private equity is eating up dental offices in Florida, so try to go out of state.

Best dental service I have ever received! Everyone was so kind and helpful. They made sure I wasn't in any pain, and that I understood everything that was happening. I really appreciate their effort to make it a painless visit!

Great location , but very rude staff!! The hygienist that did my deep cleaning was watching an event in the computer while doing it! she was rude and she made it even more painful. Front desk just as rude and not to mention the manager! I walked out of that place knowing that there could always be something better. Go for better!

I have been a patient of Dr. Califfs for more than 25 years . The office staff is Amazing, Dr.Califf is the only dentist I've been to that listens to you. My daughter is 28 he is the only dentist she's ever seen. He is family . Thank you for being Amazing!
