2. Health & Safety Our practice is fully equipped with the latest autoclaves (sterilizers) and ultra-sonic cleaners to ensure the safety of both patients & staff. Our sterilization equipment are weekly tested, submitted, monitored and tracked by the sterilization center endorsed by CDA (California dental association). All team members are fully immunized, vaccinated and trained on cross infection control. We strictly follow the ADA (American Dental Association), OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Administration) & CDC (Center for Disease Control) guidelines.

I have been a patient of Dr. Pai and Horizon Dental Care for many years. Dr. Pai and his staff have consistently provided excellent dental care. Dr. Pai makes sure to thoroughly go over any concerns and present me with different options. He is very knowledgeable, responsive, and kind. Dr. Pai is great at keeping people calm. He always expertly takes care of problems and ensures that every procedure is done exactly right. The staff in the office are all friendly, professional, and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Pai! I had a crown done by my previous dentist that I was not very happy about. I'm so glad that I found Dr. Pai from my coworker and the crown was replaced comfortably without any pain. I can tell Dr. Pai has many years of experience and it makes big difference in treatment outcome. Very happy patient.

Wonderful dentist! I recently moved to San Diego and needed to find a new dentist. I was a little nervous, but Dr Pai turned out to be fantastic. He takes the time to explain everything. The result of my treatments have been fantastic. His staffs are also very great and thorough. I would recommend Dr Pai to all my friends and family.

I'm so glad to find this clinic, Dr. Steve and Rachael are friendly and very professional, they treat you like family. I used to be afraid to go to the dentist, but my last visit to them changed the way i feel. They answered all my questions and more, and this is the first time that I'm looking forward to come back to the dentist after a long while.
