Simply outstanding. From the boss, Ms O, to Nicole, the amazing tech, to Emily the sterilization tech, everybody is great. I hate going to the dentist and hadn't been in years. Had to have an extraction today and they were so gentle, respected my fears and did phenomenal work. Even gave me a pair of dark glasses so the bright light wouldn't bother me. There's no better dental care anywhere in the world. Thank you Horizon! I'm actually looking forward to my next visit!

Very professional and courteous staff. Office is immaculately clean, and the staff are incredibly efficient. Dr. Geiss was thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything in depth when I had questions. Would highly recommend Dr. Geiss and the staff at this practice to anyone who needs dental care.

I love the people that work at Horizon. So so caring and funny! They will help you throughout the duration of your visit- always checking in with you. I'm super impressed.

This dentist does not work with veterans and does not accept VA insurance. They waited until two days before my appointment to cancel and say they no longer will keep me as a patient. Very openly political anti military organization that is coovid19 crazy as much of Brattleboro is, usually they don't openly disrespect military veterans but today they dropped me so they could stop doing the paperwork. Ok now I need a dentist that is not liberal crazy people.

I went here to get a new upper plate because aspen dental messed up the one i have and horizon built me a new one I have been back 3 times for adjustments and each time i told dr. Wang that my plate is still loose and I have to use fixodent all the time and the last time I went there I suggested re-ligning my upper plate and they told me it would cost me 500.00 dollars to do this and I think that is totally wrong and my bite is still not right .. but I am done .. if they are going to charge for something that was not right to begin with .. i was going to do my lower denture also but they wanted to do implants instead of a plate and i said no cant afford to do that so i have to now go somewhere else.. to fix my teeth ..

Staff is good but not clear about cost to me and I ended up being forced to pay cash for a procedure I was told would be at no out of pocket cost to me. I am a professional in the health care field. I did not misunderstand . I was misinformed. Trying to discuss this issue lead to no acceptance of their miscommunication. I will pay cash for the service but feel tricked and do not trust their billing process. Beware.

I have pretty bad anxiety about going to the dentist. Being new to the area made it worse. I went to another place first for a problem tooth and had two consecutive horrible experiences. Went here and they've taken very good care of me. Special kudos to Dr. Mathews and Nicole.

I just left the first visit with my 12and3 year old daughters. I cannot be more happy with our visit. The office is impeccably clean. The office staff was so nice and professional and welcoming. Our hygienist, Taylor, was so good with the kids. They have not stopped talking about how they can't wait until their next visit. Thank you for making our first visit wonderful!!

I've been going to Horizon Dental for about a year and couldn't be more thrilled with my decision in choosing them to tend to my dental needs. All of the staff members great you with a smile and make you feel like you're apart of the family. I would highly recommend Horizon Dental Associates.

I've been with Horizon Dental my whole life. They have recently moved to there new location. It's beautiful! Every detail in the decor to the technology has the client in mind first. Super comfortable chairs, lots of natural light, up dated equipment, added services, even the bathrooms are georgus! And my Marleen is still there, same hygentist I've always had from day one. Clearly a great place to work too!
