Thank you Horizon Dental Arts!!! Very professional, clean, friendly practice. I used to be scared to death of going to the dentist. Not anymore, they have made me feel so welcome and comfortable. I couldn't even imagine that after three implants I would leave without any pain. the best experience I've had in a dental office. Thank you Dr Angelica Iancu for helped me smile!!

Place is either a fraud or they just have really inexperienced ignorant people working here. I literally went onto their website which clearly says they do emergency dental work and when I called because my gf is severe pain, the receptionist said no we don't do emergencies. Are you kidding me? Fix your staff. RE to reply: To staff, your doctor's may be compassionate or whatever you want to state but we wouldn't know since your front desk doesn't do their job in getting you clients. The lady clearly told me no and I was like but your website says emergency and she then said no. There wasn't any follow up questions that were asked by your staff. They answered a question and went on with their day. You can cover up all you would like but I implore you to fix your website then, since it is misleading clients into thinking that you guys do take emergencies.

Well, they just stopped accepting my insurance. But while I was there, Dr. Iancu (Angelica) was helpful. She is smart, friendly and to the point. Her cleanings were faster than I would like them to be, but I was generally happy with stuff that really mattered. I was with her for a couple of years and never had to revisit her for a tooth badly done, which is my priority. Front desk is alright.

I will not be returning to this location for dental care ever again. Dr. Angelica works along side another Dentist who has no bed side manner whatsoever. Dr. Angelica was the only one I enjoyed being treated by she would speak to me with respect. The other Dentist had a very thick accent and was just mean and rude! I left there and went to get braces done, and one of the root canals they put on ended up failing twice! The first time it fell out after a few months then they put it back together and it was not sealed properly and ended up with an infection which was a waste of a root canal that insurance had to pay for and will not cover another. And resulted in the loss of that tooth! When I came there about the issue the doctor was of course the nasty one and she told me, "What's the point of getting braces if you keep losing your teeth?!"; "You don't need braces!". I had braces put on a few months prior and during that time the root canal became infected. The braces weren't placed on the root canal tooth they started beyond that tooth. And as to her remarks to me; First off, who is she to tell me I dont need braces this is my autonomy not hers. Dr. Angelica indicated to me that i have excellent oral hygiene and i'm doing the things i need to do daily to ensure a healthy mouth! The other one was rude and out of line. My teeth began to shift after I had my first orthodontic treatment and lost my retainer so therefore I decided to do a round of braces which only lasted 1 year. She then began to get agitated as if she didn't want to be there to look after my teeth which resulted in a problem by their office practice ie the failed root canal. Ever since then I have made up my mind to never visit this place again. I've taken my dental care to NYU College of Dentistry in Manhattan. There, they take a holistic approach to dental work by examining all areas of health and well-being. I've received excellent care there and will remain there for good.

The worst dental office I've ever experienced in all of Brooklyn. The staff very unprofessional, unorganized. The doctor does not care about the patients. The did a horrible job for my daughter and when we tried to get an appointment to fix their mistake some how 4 times they had to cancel because of some fake scripted reason. They clearly were deflecting us. I do not recommend this office, they do horrible work, are very rude and unprofessional.

This place is okay, I just feel as though there is no need for 3-4 people to be in one room, the room isn't big enough for all of that. 1 person and if needed 2 people other then the patient should be in one room.

My tooth collapsed. I was afraid to eat anything. I needed to have a post and a crown installed. Dr, Julia Mourakh (spelling?) took good care of me. She is so skilled at what she does. My new tooth looks and feels great. I recommend this office to anyone.

So patient and helpful. I am not great with the numbing injections. I hate them. But they had a little vibration tool that they used that really helped with the pain of the shot. They were very helpful with giving me a quote on how much everything would cost before they did anything. Office was very clean.

Very please with my first visit! Office is clean dental assistants are polite & friendly . Dr. Angelica is compassionate and I can tell she cares for her patients. She was thorough during my first visit and took the time to explain what was going on. She also examined all of my teeth individually and made notes on ones that needed work. Thank you so much! When you truly love what you do in life it shows.

The dentist at this office give off a used car salesman vibe. The prices are always changing and they will say anything to get your money. Each visit came with at least a 30 minute wait and instead of apologizing I was told to stop complaining.

It's crazy seeing that last review because that is EXACTLY how I felt! If you have insurance they don't care about you as a patient. They This is probably the first review I ever left in my life. That's how bad this experience was at this office. They don't greet everyone or even attempt to make you feel welcomed. My check-up was mostly about my dentist trying to convince me to pay out of pocket. All she spoke to me about was money. 10% of that conversation was about my teeth. They also lied about information regarding my insurance company. STAY AWAY!!!!!
