UPDATE: My wife and I came in for cleanings. Although my experience was ok, my wife's was very different. My wife needed a deep cleaning, ok it's been a bit since we have been able to get to the dentist. Her insurance did not cover all of it so she paid out of pocket over $600. She was also told she needed 2 crowns at extra out of pocket costs. They also gave her $100 off if we both left reviews. Thank goodness we went and got a second opinion. Not only does she not need any crowns, dr. Khare did a terrible job on the cleaning and it needs to be redone at another out of pocket expense! This dentist office is selling you dentistry you don't need for increased profits. Apparently they are also cutting corners, or are just unskilled. Unfortunately places like this do exist, we will be staying far away, and I do not recommend anyone else go to Hopkins crossroad dentistry either. Don't just take my word for it. Filter reviews by low rated and you will see many examples of this here

It's one thing to get clients and another thing to keep em. Hopkins at Wayzata knows how to get clients and keep em happy. Manager Daz is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and, Dr. Khare is dedicated to her craft. Together this duo provided me with an amazing experience. I've hated going dentist for the last decade but Hopkins changed that for me... Made my dentist visits pain free.. for my teeth and my wallet... Clean facility located in an easy to find area. Staff is super friendly and informative. I came in for a routine cleaning, but ended up spending most of my morning there. I didn't plan on getting a crown however being able to get that done same day was nice! Dez, Kendra, Tara & Dr Khare all did an amazing job with walking me through each step & process. I will be back here for future appointments!

Very disappointed in this dental office. They value profits over patients. They will over-diagnose you and do not provide quality treatments. If you filter the reviews by bad reviews you will see many other reviews saying the same. They are buying their good reviews by offering patient discounts in return for good reviews. I wrote my initial review after my initial appointment because I was offered a discount if both my husband and I wrote one. The payments coordinator at the front desk asked me to write a review at least 5 times in 30 minutes which made me uncomfortable. During my appointment, I was told I needed over $5000 of dental work. Dr. Khare performed a "deep periodontal cleaning" during my first visit to the office. The entire procedure (all four quadrants of my mouth) was done in less than an hour when it should have been multiple appointments totaling at least 3 hours. I was also told I needed to have 2 crowns done immediately. After the appointment, I came to find that my insurance was billed thousands of dollars more than they had quoted me. I felt uncomfortable and untrusting of Hopkins Crossroads Dental and sought a second opinion. I am so glad I did because I found out that not only did I not need any crowns but that Dr. Khare had done a horrible job on my cleaning and it had to be completely redone just 3 weeks later. Both the dentist and hygienists I went to for my second opinion were shocked at how poorly my initial cleaning with Dr. Khare was done. I was told that if I had not sought a second opinion I would have had major problems due to all of the plaque she had left both above and below the gum line. You want to trust your dentist and trust that they are performing quality work and correctly diagnosing you, it is really sad that offices like this exist.
