Yamileth Pate spent her youth in Honduras where she earned a degree in dentistry in 1990. After graduation, Dr. Pate spent her first two years performing dentistry as a volunteer missionary through World Gospel Outreach. She later moved to the U.S., where she worked in a Kansas City dental office while studying to take her board exams. After much hard work, she was accepted into the University of Tennessee Dental School in Memphis where she graduated in 1999 and in that same year became a citizen of the United States. She distinguished herself by graduating that particular year with honors from the number one class in the nation. She was given an award from the Removable Prosthetics Department for her work with partials and dentures. She then joined the offices of Dr. Alvin Neff of Rogers, Arkansas as an associate dentist. Dr. Pate also spent two years working for St. Francis House as a staff dentist, where she gained valuable experience working with children and teens. In 2009, Dr. Pate and a few of her team members had the pleasure of going to Honduras on a mission trip to provide dentistry to her native people, and she returns annually through World Gospel Outreach.
Today, Dr. Pate makes her home in Rogers, Arkansas and since September of 2003 has had a growing private practice, Hope Dental Professionals (previously Pate Family Dentistry), a growing bilingual cosmetic and family practice in Bentonville, Arkansas. Her practice is unique because of the focus on the well-being of the entire person. Dr. Pate and her team truly care for each and every person that comes through the door. She is known for her gentle touch and is focused on each individuals personal comfort. She is committed to helping her patients overcome any dental fears through her care. Dr. Pate and her staff would only recommend the dental treatment they would give to their own family members. In addition to general dental services for adults and children, Dr. Pate offers cosmetic services, restorative dentistry, full mouth reconstruction, Invisalign (orthodontic treatment without brackets or wires), implant restorations, implant-supported complete dentures, and temporomandibular joint treatment (a frequent cause of chronic headaches). She also is licensed by the State of Arkansas to perform Sedation Dentistry, which allows those with dental anxiety to fully relax. Dr. Pate has a gentle nature about her and coupled with her confidence and caring, is able to provide a pleasant dental experience for her patients. It is easy to see from her years of volunteer dentistry that she places a very high value on providing service to humanity.
Dr. Pate prides herself in being able to offer the highest quality care available and is a member of the American Dental Association, Arkansas State Dental Association, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, American Academy of Clear Aligners and Dental Oral Conscious Sedation (DOCS). Dr. Pate stays current with the latest advancements in dentistry through continuing education.
Dr. Pate met and married her husband, Eric, while he was serving in Honduras with World Gospel Outreach. The Pates have two children, Adriana who is graduating from Kansas University and will pursue a career in Occupational Therapy, and Joshua who has begun college and wants to be a Film Director. They have been members of Fellowship Bible Church Mosaic Congregation for 20 years and are serving at Joppa House of Prayer in Rogers which they help get started 7 years ago. Dr. Pate enjoys playing tennis, while the whole family enjoys biking, boating, and spending quality time with one another.

Our hygienist, Angela has been with our office since 2008. She has two beautiful daughters and is soon to be married. She grew up in Benton, Arkansas and has resided in Northwest Arkansas for the last ten years. One of her favorite activities is cheering on the Razorbacks. GO HOGS! Angela also enjoys spending time with friends and family, and walking her boxer, Lucy.
Sarena has been an important part of our team since 2014. She was born and raised in Arkansas and attended the University of Arkansas, Fort Smith, where she received her degree in Dental Hygiene. Sarena loves being a hygienist and partnering with you for your dental health care.
Sarena is happily married to her husband Eric, since May 6, 2006. They have 2 dogs and a cat that are their babies. Together, Sarena and her husband love to do anything outdoors, and also love traveling and going on cruises. Sarena also has a 53 Chevy truck that she hopes to restore one day that was her Mom and Dads.
Cindy has been in the healthcare field for nine years as an office manager. She is very experienced in insurance and customer service. She moved from Virginia to settle in the beautiful NWA area couple years ago and we are so glad to have her in our team. She enjoys spending time with her family on the weekends.
Eric is Dr. Pates husband and serves as the business administrator. When he is not in the office, Eric is working with children with special needs at Childrens Therapy TEAM in Bentonville as a Physical Therapist, and has been working with children with special needs for over 26 years. He and Dr. Pate have 2 children Joshua and Adriana. He is an avid cyclist.
Yoselin grew up in Rogers, she went through Dental Assisting School here in NWA and loves what she does, she is very gentle and thorough in her work. She is married to Jaime and they have three dogs. They enjoy watching good movies and they love to go hiking and canoeing on the weekends as well as getting together with family.
Keila came last year to fill a crucial spot in our office and everyone loves her. She has had great experience in customer service, she is bilingual (English and Spanish). She loves her dog and the outdoors as well as enjoying time with family.
