Working in a field that is ever-evolving and changing, Dr. Franklin takes great pride in the team he has put together and the special training they have all received. Dedicated to giving back to his profession, Dr. Franklin generously shares his time and knowledge with others in his industry. He is the Founder & Program Director for the Pacific Aesthetic Continuum in San Francisco, Orange County, Chicago, Denver, Detroit and New York City. He is the past Program Director & Senior Instructor for the California Center for Advanced Dental Studies in San Francisco. For the Pacific Aesthetic Continuum, he trains other dentists nationally and internationally on cosmetics and comprehensive care.
As the founder of the San Joaquin & Sacramento Pacific Aesthetic Club he mentors dentists all throughout the Central Valley. Dr. Franklin enjoys being married to his beautiful wife Laurie. They have a daughter Devin and currently make their home in Lodi, California.
We are pleased to announce that Heather Diulio, DMD, has joined our Stockton practice. She has worked at our Lodi office for nearly a year, and will work on Wednesdays in our new, state-of-the-art office at The Fountains starting July 6.
A native of Pennsylvania, she graduated from Temple University School of Dentistry in Philadelphia. She advanced post-graduate training at St. Lukes General Hospital in a general practice residency, in which she served as chief resident. She practiced general dentistry in her home state as well Texas and Nevada before settling in San Joaquin County with her husband and two daughters.

I'm Carol husband and I changed to Hope Dental and they are great. CAROL Hasn't been to the dentist for 10years since her special dentist retired but I finally got her to try Hope Dental and she love them

Let me tell you about Dr. Franklin's office AMAZING experience accommodated me last minute. Office is beautiful and cozy! Staff was all amazing!!! Mary is wonderful! And Let me tell you about the BEST CLEANING I've had with hygienist Ashley. BEST OF THE BEST! I've Recommended someone here and I've heard nothing but GREAT things as well you won't regret it!!! Definitely worth the 1 hour drive!! (For me)

OMG! I absolutely love hope Dental! They made me feel welcomed! I expressed my concerns about being afraid of the dentist and they did everything to make me feel extremely comfortable! They also have an amazing lady named Mary that works in the front she is absolutely sweet and kind hearted! They deserve 10 stars!!!

OMG! I absolutely love hope Dental! They made me feel welcomed! I expressed my concerns about being afraid of the dentist and they did everything to make me feel extremely comfortable! Dr. Franklin is hands down the best dentist. I am not a big fan of going to the dentist. It's an irrational fear of mine. I had a crown done today, and I literally felt no pain. He numbed me in one small shot (my past experience it would usually take around 5). It was quick and painless...just how I like it. His entire staff is professional and kind. I would highly recommend his services.
