Dr. Joshi told us our daughter had to get surgery on her mouth and my husband and I told him multiple times we don't have dental insurance. He said our medical insurance will pick up the anesthesia, anesthesiologist and anything that had to do with the actual hospital. We just had to pay Dr. Joshi out of pocket. So we paid Dr. Joshi $4,000. We went to IU Health for her surgery and they "ran our medical insurance" and had us pay a copay at check in. Now we owe $17,000 to IU Health because even after 2 appeals, our insurance says it's not considered medical. Dr. Joshi is a con artist and doesn't care because he's already gotten his $4,000!!!!!!

Wow! What a wonderful experience! Dr. Joshi is so genuine and easy going, while also incredibly thoughtful about what he sees in each child. He gave us counsel about matters that no other dentist has ever touched. The staff were so genuine in helping to make the visit as easy as it could be for kiddo and parent. Fantastic!!!!

This was the first time I brought my son an they was amazing he has a heart problem an they made sure our experience was great the Dr went over everything for me his tech an front desk was very comforting.. my son enjoys this dentist so that is very important bc we all know are kids an dentist don't match up sometimes.. we drive from 45 min away to come an we will continue it thank you to all the staff at this office

I love the people at Hoosier Pediatric Dental. My 12 yo has extreme anxiety with needles and had to have some work done. The ladies kept him calm by talking to him, and I'm sure being able to watch a movie while they worked helped a little. Thanks Hoosier Pediatric Marion office!

My grandson was afraid of the dentist office until he came here. They made him feel at ease and explained to him step by step at every visit. Great place for children that are nervous and scared. Excellent bedside manners.

UPDATE- After all the scheduling issues, I was called and was able to get scheduled and seen with both kids. The staff were great with the kids. Now, if we really do have an appointment in 6 months without issues, I would give them 5 stars. ORIGINAL REVIEW - We have good experiences with the dental staff, but scheduling is a nightmare. I scheduled a 6 month follow up for my daughter - we were given an appointment card in October for an April appointment. I called to schedule my son for his first appointment and wanted to see if I could have an time near my daughter's. I was told we didn't have any appointments scheduled, so I scheduled both of them again. Then I receive confirmation messages for the wrong location. I call in and we can't be seen for months in the correct location. It would be one thing if this was the first time our appointments mysteriously disappeared, but it isn't. The same thing happened at the last appointment - we are at a visit, get a card, save the appointment and three months later they are gone. A week before this already rescheduled appointment, it is canceled and the next available appointment is in July. We are now 9 months from the last appointment. Great dentist if you are ok with annual visits. I am so frustrated. I am considering options just on scheduling. A great dentist isn't much good if you can't consistently see them.

I used to love the place! We were with them for 10 years! Now they have to many patients! They cancel on you the day before your appointment and can't reschedule you for 5 months! They have done this to us twice now. Unreliable business

Called due to needing emergency dental care for my daughter, they said they would not take her till September. I tried to explain the situation and lady put me on hold twice and the third time she transferred my call to a voicemail!!!! I would not recommend nor am I impressed with the customer service and care. I'm new to the area and this was not a great impression!!!! Very upset parent! I will bring my daughter and my money else where!

My daughter has been attending this group since she was 3 or 4 years old. She's always done great there. She has had a few fillings and didnt even know until recently that she had shots in her mouth. She is now 11 and I've loved that they havent pressed for braces super young, they are encouraging the few baby teeth she has to fall out naturally before starting the steps. Thry are busy but have been good about getting us in and out, especially at the new location in Marion.
